Nice terrace rooms with view onto greenery

The rooms did not disappoint! I had a double terrace and it was really nice. I used the gym, which was minimal but got the job done. I attempted to extend my stay because I was so comfortable, but they were booked! I do want to share that the area is a bit noisy with a street view and the restaurant right below my room, a white noise machine helped immensely at night.

El servicio fue cálido y eficiente desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. Sin dudas volveríamos. ¡Muy satisfechos!

The thing that stood out the most was the staff. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The location gave me the option to walk and explore also access to public transportation was very close. The layout and design were awesome.

Felt safe and it is one of the most beautiful areas in Santiago. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about The Place and would stay there again. The design of our suite was incredible. Our overnight flight arrived and they allowed us to check in early at 10 a.m. Likewise, our overnight departure flight was at 10:30 p.m. and they let us check out at 2 p.m. Breakfast is in their restaurant and there are five different choices. We tried all of them during our week in Santiago and loved all of them. Our room was always kept clean and the reception staff were always quite friendly, patient answering our questions, and offered suggestions as well. This is a quiet residential area in one of the best parts of the city so nit in the central area but the hotel is between two Metro stations, each a 10-minute walk. Nothing beat sitting on our balcony with bread, cheese, Iberian ham, and a bottle of wine while watching the Andes in the background.

Nice place to stay

Modern place, good elevators, staff in general helpful. Good internet. Water pressure low. High level rooms have smaller bathrooms than the level lower which was a bit of a surprise. Bathrooms are definitely too small to be comfortable. Nice office room downstairs. In general quite neighbourhood and very well located.

The property was great and I loved the lounge/work area. My only dislike was that I was charged taxes. I’m from the US and booked the stay but because of flight issues, my Chilean partner had to check in before me. Because he was checking in and Chilean, they charged us taxes that are normally exempt for foreigners (we live in the USA). That part was disappointing but the rest of our stay (2 nights) was lovely.
