The service was amazing. I highly recommend this location. Its a perfect getaway. The only thing is the payment process was very very slow when trying to pay with CC. was decline due to communication issues. Had to wire the funds to their bank.

Excelente servicio bello lugar

We needed a place through a coonection fly from one night. This place is about 3-5min from the airport. The rooms were clean and very confortable. The over all hotel, very nice. We will come back to enjoy gor a couple of nights.

did not like anything for the price

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus.

Excellent service snd beautiful house.

To start with, the advertised rate is for one person, which in my experience is unusual in hotel booking. That is not disclosed until in the process of finalizing booking. On arrival at the locked gate entrance, thirty minutes before check in time, it took 15 minutes for the gardener workers to find the attendant to open the gate. Check in went smoothly, and staff is very helpful. Desk is not attended most of the time, but again the staff are all helpful, but speak only Spanish. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main lobby has 4 different levels, and steps are not wheelchair friendly. Nor are there handrails on the many steps down to pool level. The pool is good, but the steps down to the pool have no hand rails and are somewhat difficult to see since they are a uniform dark blue color. The restaurant is located on an open porch which includes a sitting area and the advertised pool table. Very surprising is the list of extras shown on the free breakfast menu, including café at 4000 pesos for a small cup, as well as extras for juice, a bread basket etc. Most of the better resorts in Armenia have a breakfast buffet, but there were only two or three couples during the days we were there. The porch included a potted cactus located at the end of a couch, that delivered a nasty scratch, when brushed against. The shower and bathroom did not have any grab bars, and a 1 inch step up into bathroom was not senior friendly.

A little annoyed that we can't get two room keys, but a non-working door key still worked in the room power switch, so good enough. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice, the restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced, the property has a sauna, steam room, treadmill, stationary bike, pool...would be nice to have a hot tub/jacuzzi, but otherwise great. Very close to the airport, so good for early morning flights...beyond that, not very convenient to the town or much else.

This property is unique. Rooms are nice, staff is great, location couldn't be better both to go back & forth to the El Edén Internacional Airport but also to surrounding farms, parks and towns.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was probably the friendliest I have ever seen. We were thete for 5 nights and would definitely go back.

It was not a pleasant stay because the noise from the roads. The hotel is a cute place but very close the to a main highway where buses and large trucks pass. The noise goes on and on all day and night. Also we asked for food and although was only 7:00 pm they told ya kitchen was closed and did not offer alternatives. We later realise there were many Reataurant just a few kilometres away but they didn’t tell us. We asked for fresh juice at 11:00 am and we were told they did not have fruits for juice. This is ridiculous in a tropical country where there are fruits everywhere! Most people have frozen fruit for juice these hotel only have Coca Cola? It is a beautiful house but the service is terrible for the price you pay which is high end.

Excellent choice, really friendly staff. Should improve shower pressures and water temperature.

No hot water.The safety box didnt work.when we arrived at 4pm we request an extra bed for an extra guess and they show us the room and they put the extra bed.We went out for dinner and we get back about 9pm at that time they told us that the 4 guess could not stay because the owner the hotel said that.We fell very unconfortable and we didnt understant this inconsistence. We stayed that night and the next morning we left the hotel.I was paid for 5 nights and we stayed only 1 night.In all the time I travel around the world this is the first time somenthing like that happen.

The property is gorgeous and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Excellent small hotel. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast was very good and prepared to request. Nice location close to airport but not impacted by airplane noise. Close to attractions like the Parque del Cafe and Eco Park. Although I didn’t have time to use the swimming pool it was nestled in a beautiful setting. Will stay there again at the next opportunity.

Phenomenal experience from the moment we walked in. Such a timeless, elegant yet minimalistic hotel. The front desk Gladys was amazing at checking us in and showing us around. At night there is a night guard Raul to take care of the grounds and help you with anything. He is kind, attentive and very informative. Don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation. He took good care of us when we needed anything from the bar. There is also a great restaurant just across the street called Rancho Eden that has some of the best typical Colombian food I’ve had on the trip. I will def be back and staying here again.

This hotel is very clean, relaxing and the staff very friendly. It is a house - hotel . But elegant and professional customer service.

We arrived late at night and had a minor issue or two, however these were addressed first thing and we found the staff would go out of their way to make our stay excellent.
