Great, friendly staff members! The rooms were tidy and there wasn't anything they didn't have concerning toiletries. The hot tub is cool, and that is needed for the hot, sticky weather.

For the price it was more than can be expected

The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is nice, you are in 2min in the middle of Getsemaní and in 10min in the city centre. Everything was clean and fully functioning. The breakfast is lovely!

I like that this place, unlike other hotels actually has a kitchen where they cook authentic breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also has a cooking class on rooftop. This location was very convenient

My stay here was fantastic. The staff members were so hospitable, kind, helpful and friendly in every moment, and also gave great recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the cooking class and the restaurant. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

I was impressed with the Colombian friendliness and hospitality. Life is Good is at a great location, spotless clean, great breakfast, and has the best staff that I ever encountered in a Hostel. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic place. Comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, great location, good food, great towels. Close to everything. Walking distance to everything. Rooftop hangout is lovely. Secure 24 hour access. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!!

Great location on a street with several bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Only negative is related to the hot tubs on the rooftop deck—the water is cold and they close at 7pm. They should be open later.

Good place really close to all the action. It's on a main street so really convinient to transportation, restaurants and main places from Cartagena. The place is really calmed and staff is friendly, although they could have more information on what to do. Overall clean and with good amenities.

Amazing service and hospitality

I absolutely loved this hostel. Beds are comfy, privacy screen and adjustable AC. Staff are so nice and helpful, any time of the day. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied daily. The Italian food cooked at dinner was really good too. They have a really nice rooftop and everyone hostel was so nice, met some amazing people.

Super nice people at this place. Can't say enough about that. Comfortable with made-to-order breakfast. We wished our room had a window, but you can't have everything!

This is a lovely Hostel in a central location in Cartagena. Service is top-notch and the room was very nice for a hostel (albeit small, but that is to be expected). Everyone who worked there made us feel welcome, and the breakfast service was great. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous Hostel! perfect location - just a 2 minute walk to the walls. The restaurants and streets near this property are very lively and it's a fun area. They stored our luggage for us when we went on a Island for a couple days and could only take a backpack (for a fee). The breakfast options are great, location is perfect, dinner menu looked awesome (we never tried it) and the rooftop hottub and suntan area is an added bonus! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
