Photos look much much better than the reality. Older style motel with lots of odors in rooms of mildew, old smoke and other mysteries. Very very busy roadway. Noise outside. Would not feel safe walking around at night. We took one look at room and left!

Wonderful and clean....just an old property that really needs a complete renovation of the rooms, according to the room we had...really nice staff & food was excellent! Needs updating...

We enjoyed having a seaside view. We dined in the restaurant and had a very tasty meal with good service. Merci!

Lovely to be next to water and staff were nice. Very overpriced and expected more from a Riotel, it was disappointing in the quality of the room. Cheaply renovated. Mold in bathroom!! 2 star trying to look like a 3 star. The restaurant next door was great and friendly. My room looked like a very cheap motel.

Fantastic view from our room located right at the shore. Little balcony outside at the shore line was enjoyed. Reception staff polite and friendly.

The place is by the water. Very quiet place. A little outdated but it’s quaint.

Check-in was speedy. We could pay immediately for our 2-night stay. Beautiful boardwalk made for good exercise after driving for 5 hours. Everything was close- gas station, post office, stores. However, Monday and Tuesdays very limited in the town for eating options. Make sure to reserve your tables for supper if you want to eat at the restaurant.

Great views of the water and the beach! Bonis was the local Acadian festival with music.

Nice waterfront rooms, great sunset. Their restaurant “Kano” offers a great variety of meal. The staff is very friendly. My first time there, and not my last.

The price is not balanced with the quality of the room. It should be another $100 lower for this quality.
