Outdoor pool is nice. No coffee machine in the room.

Booked Queen suite with large tub which was great . Location of room was beside the elevator across from stairs so noisy ! Unfortunately unable to change rooms. Elevator was small and difficult to fit a bike . Shocked to see bug jump from bedside table to bed !

Don’t bother going there. Hotel is stuck in the 90s and smell like it. Beds not comfortable, strong smell everywhere

Si vous voulez un motel au prix d'un hotel, allez-y! les matelas ne sont pas confortables du tout, et on sent les ressorts! la porte patio ne se barre pas, et on ne peut pas l'ouvrir, car la porte moustiquaire est brisée. La salle de bain est minuscule et même pas de place ou mettre les serviette qu'ils les mettent sur la toilettes. le bruit de leur machine est assourdissant le nuit et l'air climatisé est vieux comme la lune accroché au mur. Bref, à ne pas refaire pour moi!

Their breakfast is great, since it's free and comes with the room. Lots of otions.

There was bathing suit on the ground in our room along with a used water bottle on the desk on our arrival. There is a piano in the lobby and we were told 3 time not to use it as it does to much noise during non quiet hours.

We had a semi-basement apartment (there's no patio door on that floor). Afterwards, the bathtub had a chip inside. We pricked our feet between the ceramic tile and the carpet, where the carpet was held in place by tacks. The large baseboard heater was open at the wiring. A short circuit or electric shock could have occurred. We had to supervise the children more often because of this baseboard heater. The pool isn't heated either; the water is very cold. Otherwise, I found the breakfast disappointing, especially since everything is served on paper plates, paper cups, and wooden utensils.

L’hôtel était propre et le déjeuner parfait . Par contre , c’est un peu cher pour la qualité globale , chambre petite et plutôt motel qu’hôtel

Tout apprécié sauf support de serviette manquant .

great place to stay

Rien ne fonctionnait, séchoir, tv, frigo. Le coin déjeuner il manque de place, on nous envoie manger à l extérieur et la porte patio a de la misère à ouvrir. L entretien extérieur laissé à désiré.

Air conditionné est à remplacer, fonctionnelle mais pas assez fournissant.

Personnel accueillant et lieu propre, peu de choix au déjeuner, lit très (trop) ferme.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre service bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé dans granby.
