Friendly staff and basic breakfast. Great value for money. Slightly out of town as most Riad but great place to be. Thank you all

Great location, friendly staff and charming but a few more breakfast options would have been appreciated. Otherwise it was perfect.

A beautiful Riad set in the hearth of the Medina. This hotel feels like home and beautifully designed which kept all of its traditional values. Breakfast is beautiful. I had the best nights sleep in a good while. The knowledge the staff shared in regards to shared taxis and local amenities was appropriated. Will visit again.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Showers had hot water and the breakfast was good. It was a beautiful riad w a nice roof top patio.

From the outside it doesn't seem very attractive but once you enter inside the property through a side gate, the brilliant regal style decor captures your imagination and transports you back to 18th and 19th centuries lavish accommodation.

Not easily accessible, cars are not allowed anywhere near the Riad. Need to go through tiny streets and iffy stairs with luggages. Not an easy task specially at night and area does not seem very safe at night. Decided not to stay.

Beautiful Riad with nice and clean rooms. A bit too expensive and staff doesn't know how to work with credit card machines and barely speak French.

Hotel facilities are not good, rooms are uncomfortable and very old. Indeed, staff was friendly and trying to be helpful. 3 stars maximum!

The Riad is in approx 2 miles away from the Sale station. So, if you are visiting Rabat everyday, you need to spend at least 40 minutes on public transport, let alone the expenses. It's a nice, decent place to stay, staffs are helpful, with the usual amenities at your disposal. However, considering its location, I certainly think it's overpriced..

The hotel was very clean and we'll kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side was where the hotel was located, which was in a very narrow walkway with build nabouring buildings vertu ally on top of you as you enter and exit the hotel. The sounding area/nabourhood was quite run down but the locals were very friendly.

The hotel was not only beautiful but very clean and comfortable, the staff cannot do enough for you in helpfulness. Hassan the weekend caretaker, personally travelled with me to go to a Carrfoure supermarket as arriving the previous evening at the airport I was ripped of not once, but FOUR times by Rabat taxi drivers who drove me around and around the city before passing me on to the next taxi, this was repeated FOUR times despite me giving them the riad phone number and they speaking to the raid manager for directions in their NATIVE language! Nice hotel but fiendishly difficult to find upon arrival and the taxi drivers are nothing short of criminal! A 10 km journey took 3 hours and 10 minutes!!
