Loved the hotel and the location. We booked the hotel for the heated pool, but could not get to use it as it is only open for a limited number of hours (11 am to 8 pm)

A fantastic well equipped hotel in Aprica however please be aware the spa is not included and you need to book and pay an extra 20 Euro per person

Stayed with family for 1 night route to Tirano for Bernina Express. 30 deg heat and aircon not working in room or at breakfast. General opinion is - ok, it was a bed for the night!

Great location and breakfast, unfortunately have to pay extra to use the spa.

Everything was great about the property and my stay. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in my hotel room.

The experience was way better than expected, after an an extensive search for hotels in the area I’m am really satisfied in choosing this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The proximity to the slopes was very convenient. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the dinner, the portions were quite small and food was bland. Would definitely recommend and would visit again

Very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Able to ski out and in from the pistes so not necessary to use a ski bus to get to the slopes. Central location for the amenities of the town. Very happy with our weeks stay.

Buona esperienza, in linea con le attese

Scarsa accoglienza scarsi prodotti per il bagno... abbiamo dovuto richiedere bagnoschiuma... quattro stelle con frigobar vuoto , il frigo è in uso Ma Vuoto ... se vuoi l'acqua la Compri al bar e la metti in frigo... spa solo su prenotazione perché devono accendere tutto al Momento

L'hotel è sicuramente molto bene tenuto, la camera confortevole, la colazione più che soddisfacente e il personale è disponibile ed efficiente. Tuttavia, qualunque fosse stata la motivazione, avremmo gradito sapere che non avremmo trovato né il parcheggio, né il servizio ristorante, né il centro wellness: non ci è sembrato corretto scoprirlo una volta arrivati.

Consiglio per lo stile, gentilezza cortesia, ha tutto quello che si può avere, anche la piscina riscaldata all’aperto spa su prenotazione. Ascensore. Riscaldamento più che ottimo.

Soggiorno gradevole in struttura elegante e accogliente.Tutto nuovissimo.Facilità nel raggiungere le piste da sci.Comodissima la ski room.

Personale attento e disponibile. Bella struttura in una buona posizione,ottima pulizia e abbondante colazione.

Hotel molto comodo e riservato . personale accogliente e cordiale. Vicino a molti sentieri da percorrere nel periodo estivo. Colazione abbondanti e cene con vari piatti, personale in sala efficiente e molto cordiale anche per cambio menù al ultimo secondo

Albergo comodo e servito, camera non grandissima ma con tutto il necessario, bel balcone e bella vista sul fuori. Buona colazione a buffet e dipendenti gentili e disponibili.

Ottimo hotel per una vacanza rilassante e lontano da rumori dalle città. Colazione abbondante e varia, con torte artigianali e quant'altro. La cena, (anche se non c era nel mio pacchetto) varia e buona.

Das Frühstück war nicht all zu gross und die produkten waren von niedrigen Qualität.

Esperienza positiva, personale cordiale e disponibile, i ragazzi della animazione fantastici.
