Clean room, parking available for a fee. Friendly staff.

Staff was excellent and warmly friendly. I felt a bit more signage would be helpful. We arrived at night and had some confusion with getting to the reception and parking.

It really is a student's residence, sold under the banner of "Conference and Residence- Kingston " This is VERY misleading. I was quite disappointed with what i saw and what i got. Thankfully it was just 1 night. I couldn't wait for morning, so I could get out. The bed was ridiculously small and the mattress, unacceptable. Please don't mislead the general public. If you really want to rent these rooms, please use The following, so peopleknow what they're gettinginto "COLLEGE STUDENTS RESIDENCE " I would NOT come back to this place again 😒

The room was clean, the best was confortable. But as I know, it's a Room use by students. They don't necesserly care about the Room.The Grudge have Mark on. On the wall, we can see that they have put posters. But for sleeping it's all ok. The employés were super cool. They let us use the Little Room with the table for Play pool. It was a Nice place to stay and I go there each year. It's convenaient and close to the event I go.

Good place to crash for a night. Nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The good: the price. The room is spacious for one traveller. The fridge is big. It's quiet. The only other guest were 2 old couples. The bad: shower head fell off when I touched it. (Quick tip, turn off the water before trying to reattach.) Some lightbulbs were not functioning. Don't open the window or little flies get in through the rips in the screen. They don't bite but it took about a day to clear them. The smell left behind from the previous occupants is intense. I was able to wash one of the desks to tone it down a bit but keep this in mind if you are sensitive to smells. There seems to be an altogether different smell coming from the vent but I was able to block it easily with a plastic bag during my stay. The ugly: you will be intimated by the parking authority. Mentally prepare yourself. There is an additional 4% administration tax added to the bill a few days before check-in.

Old dorm room with bunk beds. No tv. No internet. Took one look and left. Booked a real hotel. The worst

First time to spend in a place where students stays at the college campus. Nice and quiet. We can go back again.

Clean room, good location, very affordable

Staff were superb. Helpful, knowledgeable about the place and the city surrounds and sites. Recommend this place to anybody. Nearby bar for drinks and eats 10-15 mins walk. Parking fees but they won't kill you! Top class 10/10

Fine. Comfortable and quiet. No TV which was a plus for me.

Ce n’est pas le luxe des hôtels mais quand on a juste besoin d’un lieu pour aller dormir c’est parfait.

Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms is very audible
