Nothing wrong what so ever with the hotel. The problems is Traveloka. I arrived at night from Kuala Lumpur to Alor Setar only to find out that my booking didn't exist. After about an hour I decided to cancel my booking and request for refund. Traveloka agreed to process my cancellation and refund. But about and hour later hotel's call me to inform that they just received and email from Traveloka's 3rd party agent on regards my booking. I'm really piss off. I really believe that I should be compensated for the trouble
