Great hotel, exceeding our expectations after reading some of the negative reviews. We’re cyclists from Australia and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, had extra blankets and plenty of water bottles. A few restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant is no longer open. We enjoyed our stay !

The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my return visit to Ixtapaluca.

I was actually disappointed that there was only 2 outlets, one in the restroom and the other one on the wall for the TV

Everything was fine but needs to be cleaner, it´s the only option in the zone

Lost our reservations we had to call expedia so they could honor our reservations. Location of hotel is in a dark place. The lock on the sliding door broken. The window in the bathroom broken. Bed hard as a rock. We had a bad experience would not recommend ñ

Sentí un poco inseguro dejar el auto en el estacionamiento porque no tiene un control de acceso, no vigilante y cualquier persona puede entrar al estacionamiento desde la calle. Afortunadamente no pasó nada. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Todo estuvo bien, solo que agregaría un poco más de seguridad en las puertas de los cuartos

Mala atención de parte de los trabajadores poco amable la gente de la recepción

Por la ubicación y evento que acudi está en una excelente parte, nunca pude establecer conexión a internet apesar de los códigos correctos, por ende el servicio de tv solo era local aéreo. Fiera de eso tuve una buena estancia y servicio.

Hace falta aunque sea un ventilador y modernizar las habitaciones, pero cumple bien su propósito y pues es la mejor opción en Ixtapaluca, además es bastante céntrico.

Muy mal la atencion y no tenian restaurante lara la cena, tampoco medieron cobija y la temperaura bajo mucho en la noche

No deberian poner hoteles de paso como si fueran hoteles tradicionales
