We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room and property were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the thoughtful touches we appreciated was the coffee, fresh fruit, and sweet bread delivered to our room each morning. The location was also excellent—close to town. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Lovely cottage style property, well maintained but could use a refresh, with better linens. The staff is very nice, friendly, approachable and willing to provide you a great stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, location 15 minute drive was great and parking is free and secure. Breakfast beyond what is included was delicious and well worth it. A dresser to store clothes would be nice I don’t like living out of a suitcase. Property is pet friendly.

If you need to get away and have a peaceful and quiet couple of days, this is the place to do it. Quiet and beautiful. Loved every day I was there.

The stay was great , good service and great food

This place was great! Very friendly! You get a little breakfast with coffee in the morning. Drinking water in the room. Very pretty property and parking available. It’s only a few minutes driving from downtown Cuetzalan. So it’s nice and quiet at night. It is also VERY close to some waterfals, like 6 minutes walking distance. Three amazing watefalls. There are other things to do, a lot of adventure type things to do around, and if you need guides the hotel people will recommend guides so you can use them or at least compare prices. We ended up using guides per their recommendation.

Fue una estancia tranquila y bonita, la ubicación es distante pero había servicios de transporte enfrente del hotel o a la vuelta. Les recomiendo es un lugar muy bonito y lleno de naturaleza, la gente muy amable.

Muy lindo Hotel... Lugar muy acogedor, limpio, naturaleza increible dentro del hotel y quienes nos atendieron muy amables y atentos.... y esta cerca la cascada las brisas, llegas caminando... un lugar super tranquilo y se disfruta mucho.

A mi y a mi pareja nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia, donde la atención es lo que más nos gustó, nos prestaban mucha atención a cualquier detalle que teníamos y nos apoyaron en cosas adicionales, además precio si nos hizo accesible. De igual manera es un lugar bonito, muy íntimo, pocas habitaciones y mucha vegetación por lo que si te hace sentir en un espacio que respeta la naturaleza. Por la misma razón hay una gran variedad de insectos, que en lo particular considero normal ya que se respeta su espacio también. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, además de que el baño es de muy buen tamaño y esta bonito. Los desayunos nos gustaron mucho y están a un precio similar a los del centro del pueblo, con porciones que si llenan a la mayoría de personas. Finalmente su ubicación es muy buena, 5 de las mayores atracciones de cuetzalan se encuentran a máximo 15 minutos caminando y el centro esta a 10 minutos en carro, además de que el transporte público al centro pasa literalmente en la puerta

Nos encantó la estancia, el personal, la atención, deliciosa comida y un café exquisito Accesible el personal, muy hogareña la experiencia y la estancia, te brindan información sobre los lugares cercanos, incluso tienen sus propios guías de confianza. Nos encantó también Kike, es un gran anfitrión, todos super amables lugar acogedor, nos dieron un detalle precioso por nuestra boda. Nos llevamos una bonita experiencia de luna de miel, y de estadia en general. Todos exclelentes, sin duda regresariamos Cómo último punto son realmente Petfriendly, tienen una zona de habitaciones especialmente pensada para quien lleva mascotas.
