The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help. I use the mini split in the room to drown out some of the noise at night by turning the temperature lower to keep it on longer. I enjoyed the room overall. Great location. Finally, the staff was great and super helpful!

Lovely place. Not loud as other reviews state that. Right in front of the boardwalk with a beautiful view as you make your way out the hotel. Good location of the boardwalk too, right in the middle. Close to good restaurants, ice cream shops, and there's a pharmacy next door. Overall great experience for my family and I. One thing I would suggest though is maybe replacing the glass that acts like a guardrail going to the master bedroom. It's way too low. Obviously just got to be cautious of that but everything else is perfect!

Great staff and great location! Directly across from the Malecón. The water did shut off for a while on our second day , which was inconvenient due to traveling with toddlers , but it was fixed .

Room was clean and air conditioning was excellent The staff was friendly, but recommendations for restaurants were not the best. Lots of stairs in each room so not recommended for people with bad knees. All in all our stay was pleasant.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Great place if you want to be close to shopping, restaurants and tour pick up spots. Quiet room and comfy beds with great AC. Virtually no street noise, just the song birds. My only complaint would be that booking said patio, but the patio was just the hotel common area. The Expedia description should have been more accurate.

Good. The only issue I have is that I need mexican factura and I can´t have it paying before with expedia
