Very noisy, staff were laughing and talking loudly just outside the room since it was by the reception, there was a bed bug and spider in the room, the drain in the shower was plugged with lots of hair, not a centric place. Transportation was available right across the street and some nice places to eat and have coffee. The staff people were nice and kind.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Do NOT stay here. Room type, size and number of beds booked did not exist at the hotel. Also, ZERO in-room amenities unlike description. Dirty and unsafe. Blood stains on pillow cases. Nests of bugs in the shower. Fecal matter on sheets. Exposed wiring. I have photos of everything - Will attach as many as Expedia permits. Run, Run, Run - Stay anywhere but at this hotel.Manager was incredible rude and dismissive.

Reasonable price great stay

Nothing like it looked like in the pictures. Completely different vibe. I got to hotel at 2am in the morning. I roughed it out one night. I checked out the next day and got another hotel.

The cleanliness was absolutely awful. The guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful...Its very run down but I guess you get what you pay for

Not recommended. Ths sheets were ripped. No hot water. The beds were very uncomfortable. The lock on thw door waa sketchy. The toilet didn't flush.

Brought the dog to see a specialist in Gaudalajara and this place is the bomb, it is central quiet well protected and very friendly staff, clean hot water and high speed fans. No a.c. in my room but due to the design the building was cool at night even with the hot temperatures. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially people traveling with dogs. They accept pets not sure about filthy stinky cats but you can check. The place did not stink of cat piss or feces like the owners of cats so with any luck no cats allowed. I must say of all the hotels I have stayed at the bang for buck and satisfaction i got from staying there ranks on the top of my list. Not the highest end hotel but it sure foots the bill nicely if you want quiet central clean and have your pet with your.

Real next to the city food is close bus is close .…………

no es hotel, es como una vecindad, los cuartos estaban horribles, tenian las sabanas muy sucias, los cojines estaban fatales, los vidrios rotos y olia mucho a marihuana

Aceptable en cuanto relación costo, lo mejor es su ubicación al estadio Jalisco y la atención de las personas que laboran ahí.

El lugar estaba desgastado, sucio e incluso había chinches las toallas estaban sucias colchones desgastados y en mal estado así como sus paredes llenas de humedad, no salía agua de la regadera no tenia aire acondicionado y habia un cuarto de servivio del otro lado de la habitacion
