What fantastic. Staff was great and very helpful.

My stay was wonderful. The reviews didn’t overhype it, the staff here are amazing. They provided so many cute personal touches and were very accommodating. I will definitely stay again the next time I visit Lisbon!

I appreciated the way the staff went above and beyond (gift the night before we checked out). Great location. Bed was comfortable. Parking was a little confusing, but they helped us out.

Beautiful hotel in Alfama. Wonderful and attentive staff - Jessica, Mauro, Nicole really made our stay wonderful. Two minute walk to the water and metro, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Large washroom with walk-in shower. Amazing bed with comfy pillows. Lots of in-room storage which was appreciated. Hotel did not offer same day laundry as advertised, but were able to recommend a local dry cleaner which worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back again!

Excellent location! Brand new property!

The service at the hotel was good, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the shower door didn’t close properly, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time I showered. The shower head holder was also broken, so I had to hold it by hand the whole time, which was quite inconvenient. The conditioner pump didn’t work, and there were no USB charging ports by the bedside, which made charging devices a bit troublesome.

In addition to the property the staff were INCREDIBLE - always very attentive to every detail.

Can’t say enough about the staff and the property. Beautiful design and very attentive staff all around. The restaurant, Delfina, was excellent and the staff there was also amazing!

Fabulous Hotel with perfect location

The most gorgeous hotel, comfortable beds, clean, lovely staff, great breakfast. Amazing location, everything is very close by without the noise of busy parts. Loved it.

Cute hotel that’s very nicely done and conveniently located!

This small and lovely hotell is situated just a short walk from the main square of Lisabon. Directly behind the hotel, through a narrow walk way, you find beautiful fado restaurants and if you walk to the top you come to the 1100th century old Cathedral of Lisabon. Everthing from the staff, rooms and to the breakfast was excelent. The rooms are small, but very clean and inviting. Slept like a baby. Loved my stay here, and would go back if I'm visiting Lisabon again.

Wonderfully comfortable, clean and stylish hotel with excellent staff. An old building that has been well renovated. It is spotlessly clean, bedding great quality cotton, beds comfortable. Great location in the charming old part of town. Our room was on the small side because of the nature of the building. Would recommend, friendly, professional sta.

Very enjoyable stay, fresh hotel and convenient

Excellent hotel in a central location, everywhere was easily accessible in foot. The service at the hotel was really good and we appreciated the extra touches including a free upgrade of our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great!

Great location for first time travelers to Lisbon.

Close to Cruise Terminal, very walkable. Central Lisbon only 20 minutes walk away.

Great location to walk in old town and to the main strip in Lisbon. Staff, room, breakfast all terrific. We walked from the cruise dock. I will stay here again.

The location is fabulous, easy to grt around to attractions, reataurants and shopping. The hotel is quaint, loved our stay.. though we had the garden view.. not much ofba view but ok.. we weren't there tonsit inbour hotel room .
