Excellent property and great service.

Nice hotel

Location bad. Hotel staff told us their hotel located in d industrial estate. No other restaurant except a pizza outlet. D nearest supermarket nit to walk 25 minutes n closed at 7pm Ours s a 2 nite stay. Aircon not cold n leaking whole nite Wanted to visit d premium outlet n went to ask d front office staff how to trave n was told they never been there n not even offer to assist us

If I could give 6 stars I would. When travelling with little children, it is hard to keep them occupied, but this hotel has been built completely around children. The tram into the main areas of the city literally stops at the door. It is also 8 minutes away from the train station which links directly to Vienna central

It’s good. Easy access to downtown with the 62 outside of the hotel. A bit nickel and dime for things like coffee - they give you four pods for free after they you got to pay… overall a positive experience :)

Large clean and stylish apartment. Easy to get to central Vienna using the tram from outside the property. Definitely recommend

Just stayed one night but staff was very helpful in allowing us to check our bags so we could wander until our room was ready. Room was spacious and clean.

Great place for a family to stay.

The room was nice and clean and big as shown on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. However several itmes were missing or not working properly as: only one bedlight, which was not working, mirror light in bathroom not working, no kleenex in box, water outlet in bathroom aerator missing. We informed the reception the morning after our arrival, but nothing had changed when we returned in the evening.

Quiet. Super clean and super comfortable. Restaurant is in a different block but this wasn’t a problem for us .

The property had everything although breakfast was expensive. Their lobby had 24/7 different coffees & tea, self serve. Transportation was very very convenient. Although some of the stations had different names like Wien HBF is also Hauptbahnhof station, & some other names. Know your station SONNERGASSE.

Parking is 39€/day in a garage. That was the biggest drawback. There are several cheaper garages 15-20 minutes walk.

Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe.

Everything good except location

Location was great, the property is clean and Grace was outstanding helping us check-in. I was going to relax during off hours and watch a bit of TV. The TV went off every 10 mins, which was extremely annoying. I almost burnt one of my kids bathing them; the water goes cold and extremely hot within seconds. Hard to control the temperature. While Grace was nice, her colleague not so much. We had to checkout a day earlier and although we were not asking for and/or getting a refund, her colleague was standing behind the counter pretending not to see me. I walked to the counter after few mins and with a very demeaning attitude she asked “can I help you”. It’s shocking how some people are paid to do their job but they don’t want to do it. Employees like Grace goes above and beyond and those like her colleague kills the team performance.

Spacious room for 5. Would have been better if there is 2 bathroom. One thing all apartments should inprove on is more shelves to put our toiletries in the shower area.

Very clean and updated rooms. Downtown is a hike though. I didn't realize that it was that far from downtown Vienna
