Extraordinary friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. I would highly recommend it.

The location was good. Quite expensive the breakfast.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, we didnt arrive until 10pm but this wasn't a problem. Its a 20-30 min flat walk from the main street in town but again we didn't find this an issue. There were free to use mountain bikes for guests if we had wanted. We had breakfast once and it was very nice. However as it didnt start until 9am this was a little late for the volcano tour we did. The fridge in the room was very useful. All in, the hostal was very good value for money.

Super low value for money, signs everywhere saying DO NOT. Even rushing you if you take to much time having breakfast (which was small and limited in options; they literally had 8 slices of cheese). I think they only take advantage of the amount of tourist in the area in this time of the year. It should cost a third.

We were made to feel so welcome . Ronald met us with a smile , and spoke excellent English . The Hostal Andes was very comfortable , the breakfast was delicious , especially the freshly made scrambled eggs . The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Although a little walk out of town this was nota problem and made it lovely and quiet at night. You can hire bikes too. For a small cost you can have your washing done too. Highly recommend Hostal Andes and the lovely town of Pucon

Very comfortable room with memory foam pillows, wall fire & flat screen tv with english channels. Oats at breakfast. Ronaldo is an excellent host. Location is tranquil and just a 15 min walk to town, less to bus stations.

Superó mis expectativas, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, las personas muy amables, el único detalle es que el desayuno se sirve muy tarde... Pero en general excelente.

We spent four nights, the room was small but clean and with a lot of space to hang clothes. It is a little outside the city center, but you can walk in 20 minutes and this means that it is quiet during the night. The manager, Ronald, was incredibly helpful by giving us tips on what to do, where to go, book tours and find alternatives (and as our Spanish Spanish is very poor, we were happy that he speaks great English). The breakfast is nice and there is a friendly dog greeting you at the gate. We would stay here again should we come back. Many thanks for the great service.
