Very nice place

It was a good price and a decent hotel. It is definitely a basic hotel, do not expect many amenities. The underside of the bed had not been properly cleaned but other than that, this was a fairly positive stay.

We loved having such a big balcony and the kitchen facilities were confident

This property offers microwave & fridge in the lounge .I would have used them if my stay had been longer, The opportunity to cook my own food is a big attraction as massive savings can be make compared to always eating out .My only concern is that there is only 1 microwave so waiting to use it might be a problem

The locker room is accessible for everyone and its not safe to leave your belongings there, I was beaten by bedbugs!! Please be careful when saying there!!

I like the no-frills approach of Citybox and the clever design of the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is very handy for the main train station and city bus and tram links. Have stayed at the hotel before and will do so again if visiting Antwerp.

Nice place .. good location

Easy 5/10 mins walk to station handy for shops & central sites. Lovely shower, great bed for the night. Little kitchen with microwave & fridge. Self service reception and staff are around to help.

The shower water is weak. Sink is clogged. Wifi is not stable but connect alright. It is a self service hotel so people come here need to set expectations right. Since it is the self service hotel the price should be less expensive.

Super staff, with a great room and an excellent cafe on the first floor!! Conveniently located close to Antwerp Station and lots of restaurants and shops!

Well located , quiet hotel . The room was clean but the sheets had hair on them & the towels looked very warn .

Staff was effectively non-existent. Check-in at a kiosk. Room was good.

Citybox served a great centre point for our long weekend in Antwerp. Check in was easy and the room was spacious with modern decor. It was within walking distance to all we wanted to see. Our only slight qualm was the bed could have been comfier. Would recommend however.
