Lovely little boutique hotel well situated with a lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff. Would have been 5☆ if not for having to run the gauntlet of smoking guests on the front steps and very steep stairs (but there is a lift).

Everything worked as it should. Fridge worked very well. Did not have breakfast on the premises, so we have no comments. Staff was very kind and gave good advise on the surroundings. Excellent location, seemed fairly central and loads of amenities within a short walk.

Supermarket 5 mins away. Tram nearby. Room small but ok.Warm. good shower. Bed not the most comfortable. TV with some English language channels.

Good standard budget hotel in the centre of Rotterdam

The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable. One of the staff even gave me a map and gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

Was an easy spot to get around locally. The area looks a little shaddy, but i had no issues, people were very friendly.

A nice little hotel off the beaten path. Location is convenient; we were able to walk to most attractions. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with many choices including cooked to order eggs. Definitely an older hotel, but clean and comfortable, and affordable! I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Old property. The room is spacious. Breakfast was good. Twenty minutes walk from Rotterdam Train Station.

We would recommend this property without hesitation. Staff are lovely, room is comfortable. There is a comprehensive Continental breakfast and many food options nearby. Everything is walkable from.the hotel and there is plenty to see and do. We'll be back.

Quiet

Staff were very friendly & helpful…responded to questions/requests quickly, checkin/out was efficient. Breakfast offered had many options including made to order eggs & bacon. Lots of seating for breakfast too. Would stay here again.

Reasonably priced room; very quiet. This is an older hotel with somewhat dated decor, but it was clean. There was a television and good wifi; nice ensuite bath. Good location, too: less than 5 minute walk to tram / metro station, and two tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal (which was walkable as well).

Good location but no air conditioner so room was stuffy even with door opened. Also taxi when booked with hotel was 15.71 euros but taxi driver charged us 30 euro!
