The property is acceptable for the price. Staff are nice and willing to help at anytime but also to much strictly with everything. Other than that was a good stay.

Was trying to get a refund, but no customer service on both the hotel end and Expedia end. Thanks for nothing!

For the price, this is exactly what we were expecting. The hotel staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond to assist us a few different times (though come with at least some basic Spanish). Room got a little hot without A/C (and opening the window only invited some mosquitos), but for the price we were pleased with our room and the staff.

Great little hotel

Je ziet dat het hotel is gerenoveerd. Mijn kamer was netjes en schoon. Voor mij geen probleem maar doordat het hotel naast een weg zit veel geluid van auto's. Ben je een lichte slaper kun je hier last van hebben. Naast het hotel is een lokaal om te eten. Eten is middelmatig. Weinig eet gelegenheden op loop afstand. Althans ik heb ze niet gezien. Personeel super vriendelijk een behulpzaam.

高地順応の地としてスクレと並んで宿泊する日本人がいるコチャバンバ。 大まかに言って、北側が治安の良い上級住民、南側が治安の悪い下級住民のエリアで、このホテルは南側。本当に治安の悪いエリアはさらに南側だが、北側にあるようなちゃんとしたレストランやスーパーは期待できない。泊まってみればそこに安さの理由を感じることができるでしょう。 送迎を頼んでいて、ボリビア航空ではお決まりの運航遅れが生じた結果、元々は50ボリビアーノだった空港→ホテルの運賃が「待たせたから」という理由で60ボリビアーノに引き上げられました。 英語が通じる若い男性スタッフは1人いますが、私たちがチェックインした時にはスペイン語しか話せないスタッフしかおらず、意思の疎通に苦しみました。日曜日はほとんどの店や銀行、両替所が休みになるので注意が必要です。空港の両替所も20時くらいには閉じて、空港内でSIMカードを販売しているentelも現金のボリビアーノしか受け付けません。 ドライヤーは受付に言えば貸してくれます。 隣のバーが夜中までうるさいので耳栓をつけてねる必要があります。

Excelente, un buen hotel

I highly recommend Izza Hotel. It’s really great, clean, comfortable, and things are in good condition. The staff is really nice and very helpful. We would certaintly choose this place again.
