I want to share our experience in this place. We are from NJ and stayed here from July 15-17 that supposedly until 18th but we decided to check out on the 17th. Our car CRV-hybrid was stolen just in front of our room. When I reported it to the front desk she has no sense of urgency and you don’t feel the concern. Their cctvs are so blurry that you cannot even see anything. There are no securities in this place. Safety and security is poor. Called 911 by ourselves because the front desk doesn’t even want to call the police until I insist her to do it but then I can see that she doesn’t want to do it so I called the police myself. We are just so blessed that we have a tracking to our car that we are able to locate our car via the app. They were able to retrieve our car but the windows are broken and a lot of things are broken. Think 1000x before staying here! It’s cheaper but it will cause you a lot of problem. Big big problem and they will not have any bc considerations. I said if we can just check out early and we are not going to use our 1 night anymore but they didn’t even have the consideration to refund it. They even told us that they cannot refund anything. Even the inconvenience that causes us within their premises. I don’t want the same horror to happen to anyone so just be very careful. Just look what happened to our car even if it’s retrieved. We are just so lucky that we are able to get it back even with this condition but the hassle the interrupted travel was just

Location was great and convenient, close to what we needed. We only stayed one night to break up a long drive between Toronto and Quebec City and this place served our needs at a great value!

Bien dans son ensemble. Un peu surprise par contre lors de la facturation. Comme à l'habitude, le tout se paie via Expedia. Cependant, au moment du check in, l'hôtel nous a remboursé le paiement qui avait été préalablement pris par Expedia et nous a rechargé le tout au nom de l'hôtel. Ce qui cause automatiquement des gels et des délais de dégel sur la carte de crédit, étant la fin de semaine.

The motel was adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was old, in poor repair (peeling paint, broken ceiling tiles). Our room, booked for a family of 5) had 2 queen beds. The third bed was a thin mattress placed on top of a piece of wood that covered a corner bathtub.

I stay in a lot of hotels when I travel. The pictures on here are deceiving. I booked a room for 6 (my wife and 4 kids) and the third bed in a room was a mattress thrown on top of a platform - which was just a piece of plywood put over the old jacuzzi tub in the room. The shower was small and not nice and the motel is in a sketchy part of town. If you’re alone and need a cheap stay… you might be ok. If you’re travelling through with a young family and enjoy a moderately comfortable stay, I do not recommend this place at all.

Had a wonderful stay and the positive reviews about the place was 100 percent Correct. I would gladly recommend.

Check in was smooth and rooms are well maintained.

Room was ok but toilet bowl was shaking, bath soap was dollar coin size that is hard to use and smells bad, shampoo was diluted. Most of all when I informed about bed having some dirt particles found when we moved the blankets, the lady at front desk in the morning was not ready to accept. How hard it should be to request a sheet change. Luckily I had photos taken as I didn’t want to go late night when we found it while going to bed. She instead started asking if my kids had done it. If they had, it would be above the blanket and not under it. She again insisted saying they inspect before check in which I doubt if they lift blankets and check beds. Even if they do so, then they did a bad job at inspecting because apart from this dirt there were empty bottles under the bed. After looking at the pictures she reluctantly agreed to replace sheets. So be ready for the confrontation if you go with a simple request. The lady in the evening was polite though. Will not recommend this property to anyone who doesn’t want their mood to be spoiled in the morning.

La douche est dur a utiliser. Il est difficile d'avoir la bonne température. La clanche de la toilette est brisée.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well which was great because it was very warm outside. It is located right next to a bus stop which worked well as we transited throughout the city!

No laundry, OLD key on the doors instead of a card key.

A clean room in a safe area to stay when we had an early morning flight out of YHL.

This place is really well maintained. Also, it’s about 20-30 mins drive from downtown which makes it easier for travel during the stay

Do NOT let the advertised photo fool you. This was NOT the room we had. (I found out later that about five rooms have been upgraded - but hate crapshoots. Although the staff at the front desk were very kind, we will not be back. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and I was told the next day upon leaving that we were beside the ONE room in the hotel that allows smoking. Who knew we needed to ask to be away from said-room? Another crapshoot. The room was filthy. From the stains on the tub and the gross stains on the two chairs. Our bedding was not tucked in, the pillows were gross, and the comforter had a hole in it. We had to unplug the fridge in order to have an outlet. The microwave kept beeping (we hadn't used it at all and pressed cancel) so we had to unplug that. There was a full trash bin right on our parking spot in front of our room. (Put it in front of the area where one checks in!) We were so frustrated that we paid $150 for a room like this. Our prior night at a different hotel in Fredericton, NB, cost the same and it was FIVE STAR all the way. Surprisingly, the parking lot was full when we checked out at 6 (we couldn't wait to leave!) AS I told the person when I checked out, for all the money the owner is raking in per room, it's time for them to spend it on cleaning up these rooms. I would have preferred to sleep in my car... We do NOT recommend because the motel is in a rough area & they seem to have a bullet-proof window & small slot for after hours!!!!
