It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend.

Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed.

No to the 4-star standard.

Not very nice a smell of sewerage in castle food good

Stayed here for a night during a recent road trip through Poland. A little out of the way unless you are coming to Jelenia Gora, but the drive there through the Polish countryside was lovely and we do not regret that it added an hour each way. The hotel grounds and palace are beautiful and the pool is clean and inviting as well. Our room (booked a quadruple since we had two boys traveling with us) was in the 300 building (across from the palace itself) and was a little basic. Bedding and carpet maybe not as fresh and warm as they could be, but the room was functional and fine. And the price of $80-$120 for a night is certainly reasonable.

Lovely setting with beautiful castle and gardens. Unfortunately you don't get to actually stay in the castle but in a building beside it.

Overall really nice. The lady, mid age, at the front desk was rude for no reason.

Not a 4 star hotel. No air conditioning or elevators. Put in a side building, not the palace.

Great food, comfortable rooms, amazing views. We spent there just one night but felt like in 18th century palace. A couple of interesting places around (mainly palaces, ruins etc.), ask at the reception desk.

Lovely hotel and location. Great to stay somewhere with such a rich history. Service wasn't quite up to standard for a 4 star hotel (i.e. no help with baggage), pool area disappointing, although pool itself was lovely! Breakfast however was excellent (best we had all holiday). Some improvement needed in terms of customer service and also room was clean and comfortable but very plain - needs a little more attention to detail to make this place somewhere really special.
