I like the food, pool and gym.

The room very good, the bed comfortable, but the restaurant delays in attending, there we're only two persons including me and no one of the restaurant staff took my order.

Right across the street from the plaza so lots of activity. Also quite noisy as a result. If you enjoy high-energy street life, this is a good place to be. Breakfast menu was adequate but not enough staff. The staff that were working were kind and working quickly. No English spoken at the front desk or by wait staff. It was nice to have AC in the room. Lots of plastic film used-towels encased in plastic, silverware encased in plastic. Regularly ran out of hot water; avoid morning showers.

The bathroom was ok But the room antiquated, noise of construction from 7 in the morning , breakfast terrible, old bread, etc

We stayed in Huánuco to split up the drive between Tingo Maria and Lima. Pros: Despite being in the bustling town square, the room was very quiet. The hotel grounds are beautiful, there are some antiques, game room, nice pool, nice quartyard. The parking area is guarded and secure. Cons: Room details listed on expedia are not accurate. I selected the "Double" room for 2 people with 1 king bed. When we arrived, they would only give us 2 double beds despite us showing the booking for 1 king bed. Obviously this is some sort of listing error, because in order to receive one bed, we would have to have only selected the room for 1 person. The room itself would be nice for a small group of people, because the second bed had its own small separate room (though it has a vented window to the bathroom, so there isn't much privacy). Looks like our room was more expensive than it would have been for just 1 bed, which is what we wanted and thought we booked anyway. Another con: the shower head needed cleaning and wasn't distributing water, so we had to scrub the rubber pieces ourselves to release the water. Also, the shower wasn't draining properly. The fan wouldn't work in the middle of the night either. Neutral feedback: The breakfast was small, but good. Bread, eggs, juice, and coffee or tea. Overall, if I had to stay in Huánuco again, this hotel is probably the nicest out of all the options available, but there are some things that need updating both online and in the rooms.

The staff was not friendly; they were inattentive and rude at times. There was only one towel per person and you practically had to beg for an extra towel and toilet paper. The towels were returned after they were cleaned later in the day, so if you came back to your room early you were stuck with no towels. Very few amenities in the bathroom. The television did not have access to Netflix or the internet. If you come back late, you’ll find the front wooden door entrance locked closed and when you ring the bell, you’ll be greeted by a grumpy man who’ll let you in after you get to see his snarl. The walk to the room is met by motion sensors to turn in the lights and on the 5th floor they just didn’t turn on so you had to walk to your door in the dark. Breakfast is done at 10am, and if you get there at 9:45am you’ll be greeted by a pissed off waiter because you came in at that time. Just to get info to go to local places was a task in itself. Overall, for a 5 star rating, I recommend staying elsewhere because they just don’t meet the bill.

Service was great. Breakfast was okay. Hot tube was cold and dirty.

This hotel was greatly appreciated given that I arrived there after a lengthy bus trip from Lima. There were no issues with my room: the room was clean, the wifi was reliable and the staff were helpful when I had questions. The hotel has one of the most generous cancellation policies I have encountered (11:00 pm the previous night). And it is located in a convenient, central area of Huanuco.

Buenas habitaciones con camas cómodas. Te brindan agua gratis cada día en el cuarto y tienen aire acondicionado. La atención es buena lo único que no es muy conveniente son los desayunos que están incluidos ya que son muy básicos y nada variado. Los platos a la carta son muy buenos.
