Smaller rooms but nice large smart tvs. LED shower stream adds a nice touch. My favourite hotel in Courtenay

Much better amenities,lobby, common area and a lovely bonus outdoor space alongside the pool than the Marriott Courtyard in downtown Edmonton that I stayed in a week earlier. Highly recommend this property!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, appears to be family run, couldn’t be better. No restaurant or free breakfast but lots close by. Not a hotel but more of a motel with all rooms easily accessible, two story walk up. I would use them again for sure. Lobby and rooms have recently been renovated, heated outdoor pool and patio area are a plus.

For the rate, this is a great motel. Lots free parking, room very clean, staff very helpful and accommodating

The hotel was clean nicely redone since I had been to that area. The staff was above and beyond , very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nice. Love the different seating areas around the property and the Pool was warm for an outside pool.we will definitely be back.

All the staff was amazing!

On arrival the front desk person was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. He made me feel very welcome and made check in a breeze. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. The excellent coffee machine and cold water dispenser were a pleasant surprise. There was about an 85 inch tv but it had very limited channels. The hotel was nicely located with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby so I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Soe was the front desk agent when I checked in. He was so kind and helpful, and really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I need and that I was comfortable. I would return based solely on his service.

Great little motel, very clean, awesome shower and bed

I found the room extremely small and could hear the room upstairs.

Room was pretty small particularly the bathroom area but functional. Very nice large screen TV and bed was supportive but comfortable. Good value for the price just expect small rooms as part of the good pricing.

Very noisy location because it’s on the Main Street! Bathroom is very clean but very tiny! Can hardly turn around. Walk in shower was great!!

Great value for the money, nicely renovated rooms, and an absolutely wonderful staff who worked very hard in countless ways to show care and hospitality.
