I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is excellent near the center and one minute walking to the sea and bus station. There are rooms with balconies and wonderful sea view. Room rates are fair in comparison of other r stars hotels in the area. Definitely when I go back to Mersin,I will stay there again cause it was very nice experience.

It is an old hotel they are trying to updated The property, but it is conveniently located Across the 12 km. Walk way of Mersin see front .

Over all stay was good and satisfactory. Only comment I have is for breakfast which was poor and far beyond 4 star hotel. They have to improve the breakfast guality and quantity.

Benim için temizlik önemli. Temizlikten aşarı derece rahatsız oldum. Eski ve dökülüyor. Tek artısı merkezde ve otoparkı var. Teşekkürler.

El hotel en general está bien. Ahora, tuvimos un problema con el pub que se encuentra en el mismo hotel (nos robaron) y el manager no quiso ayudarnos, ni se preocupo. Anulamos todas nuestras noches que teníamos

Otel eski ve bakımsız olmasına rağmen fiyat performans olarak fena sayılmaz personel ilgili 👍

Otel cok eski, odada bocek oldurdum. Sabaha kadar kanalizasyon kokusu ile uyumak zorunda kaldik ve koku odadan geliyordu. Ayrica online rezervasyonda gorunen fiyat ile otelde odedigimiz fiyat arasinda 50 tl gibi bir fark vardi ve otel kendilerinden kaynaklanmadigini soyledi. Peki fark neden olusuyor?

Odanın tozlu olması rahatsız etti.

Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Manzarası güzel sabah kahvaltısıda oldukca tatmin edici. Konumu çok iyi. Kısa süreli kalışlar için tavsiye ederim.
