Booked 2 superior rooms for 2 nights but got 1 superior room and 1 standard room. The hotel informed that they would refund the room rate via credit card. Overall, the staff was attentive and provided good service. The room was clean, the water pressure was not good, the TV did not work, there was no elevator, there was a kettle in the room, no hair dryer, the WiFi was strong enough. The room was in the middle of Siem Reap, easy to travel to, there was a taxi in front of the hotel for service.
