Great hotel

We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Enjoyed our stay.

Clean and modern. Beds and pillows were decent enough but not the best, and limited supply. Breakfast was quite decent, tho not cheap. Cleaning staff was great to makeup rooms each day. Yvette, our breakfast lady, did really well to ensure fresh food was always available. Lack of air conditioning was the biggest challenge, forcing me to buy a fan for the room. Would stay again however, and a great location near everything. Ideally get a room on the back courtyard however as it can get loud in the front if people/kids hang out there at night.

Really small, no air conditioner. Limited front desk working time. But overal OK.

Only problem with the hotel is we couldn't gain access when we arrived there around midday - my wife stayed at the front door while I tried an entrance around the back which was also locked - we finally managed to attract someone's attention so that they could open the door for us. Other than that glitch we were happy with the hotel and staff.

Great location. Walked everywhere. And took a bus to Marianbad. A challenge to get back. I'd ask the drivers, do you go to "Molkenbarkt"? I'd get a puzzled look. Eventually found out I should have said "Neustädtlicher Markt."

The parking situation was great. The car was right outside the door and most of all safe. The room was small but clean and had what we needed.

It was my 4th time in the hotel... First that all reception staff are way above friendly as any can expect, exelent location and amazing installations.... I will book the same hotel many times in the next future... For sure

Alles ok. Großer öffentlicher Parkplatz mit Parkscheinautomat direkt vor dem Hotel. Widersprüchliche Angaben zu Check-In-Zeiten: Expedia 18:00, Google 18:30, tatsächlich 19:00.

Der Empfang war super freundlich, die Zimmer absolut in Ordnung, Parkplatz auf dem Hof super Sache, mitten in Zentrum, das Frühstück super. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Modernisiertes Haus. Parkplatz gut erreichbar.

Sehr gute Auswahl, alles frisch. Lecker Kaffee und auch Tee.

Für ein gemütliches Wochenende prima in der City gelegen. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Personal können wir nicht beurteilen, weil wir kaum jemanden getroffen haben. Ich bin etwas entsetzt, dass Bilder von der Bar und vom Restaurant abgebildet sind, das Hotel aber weder Bar noch Restaurant hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber 18 € für ein Zwölfjährigen, der ein halbes Brötchen ist, ist schon unangemessen.

Top locatie zo midden in centrum. Heerlijk hotel. Fijne familiekamer. We misten alleen koelkastje en waterkoker met koffie/thee op de kamer. Dat had het afgemaakt

Hei. Sov her en natt. Ankom sent, men det var ingen problem, fikk tilsendt en digital kode for inngang og rom. Rommet var innredet med mange fine detaljer. Flott parkering i bakgården. Bra frokost.
