A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasty. Only a short drive into Heidelberg so location great too! Totally recommend the hotel as a place to stay 😊😊😊

Very complete , nice and large room...with an excellente staff to make your stay perfect

This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but that's just us. The only thing they can really improve upon is the Wi-fi as it is basically worthless (at least where my room was at). All considered, I would stay again here if I ever came back to this area.

The hotels in the centre of Leimen are not very nice so chose Engelhorn even though you need a car because it’s in a more industrial type location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. Staff very friendly, free parking on site. Would return if I had to stay in Leimen (instead of directly in Heidelberg)

The rooms were clean and good sized. The shower was very small and the parking lot was small.

Staff was very friendly, and room was spacious and had great AC and a small balcony to sit at and enjoy the fresh air in the evening. Breakfast was a you would expect in Germany: cold cuts, some bacon and scrambled eggs, cereals and choice of 6 yogurts. It's a bit outside the city of Heidelberg, but if a fridge and AC and modern convenience for a great price is important to you, this is the place!

he hotel is overall good. The desk and wait staff are fantastic. Breakfast is nice and hotel seems relatively new. The beds are extremely firm. The pillows are very think and hard too. I had neck ache for two nights until I started sleeping without a pillow. The cleaning staff is not so good. My towel despite being out on floor to indicate it was in need of cleaning got folded and put back in “clean” pile. Two nights in row. know this because my sons toothpaste stain was on towel.

Extremely helpful staff, centrally located, very clean and comfortable. We reached at 12am at night when check-in was closed but it was all automated and I could get my keys and check-in on my own and pay before I left. Very good experience overall

Arrived late, left very early before breakfast so can't say much about the staff. They were plesant for or little interaction. The room was nice and clean.

Location is a bit isolated with nothing interesting nearby, otherwise it is not bad for short stays, it even has air conditioning.

This is a family-run hotel - clean, functional, and very friendly staff. Perfect for a hassle-free, short-term stay - even with family. Only small drawback - if you have a balcony you might have your neighbors outside AC unit on your balcony (in addition to yours).

They were very accommodating. We told them we had to leave early and breakfast was ready before we left.

Room provided was upgraded to a suite with separate lounge from the bedroom. TV in both rooms, mini bar drinks at a reasonable price. Everything worked as expected. There was a good choice of dishes for breakfast. The hotel allowed me a late checkout as I was meeting a new customer the following morning. We were able to use the room until 12.00 and then a table in the breakfast room. The separate restaurant offered very good food for a reasonable price. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, would certainly stay again if in the area on business.

We enjoyed just about everything about the hotel and staff. We had a tough time finding location.

Very large clean room for 3 people with AC, balcony, minibar, large bathroom. Tram(light rail) at 10 min walking to Heidelberg(30 min ride). Nice Italian restaurant nearby. Excellent breakfast(9.50 Euro) and free paring space. Friendly staff.

Very well run hotel. Good option for Heidelburg overflow. 15 minutes.
