Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.

No one came to pick me up at the airport! After calling the hotel asking why my requested pickup was not there to pick me up! They advised me to take a taxi to there hotel! The hotel is new and very clean and modern! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Property is very nice, make sure you can speak Spanish though as one 2 staff speak English

Booked hotel to rest after returning from Galapagos. Before leaving for 3AM flight. $15.00 taxi ride from airport easy check-in. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer

Muy bonito lugar

I somehow thought this would be closer to the airport, but it was about a 30 minute drive. Nevertheless, Llalo was very clean, safe, professionally operated and the breakfast on the porch was ideal. The rates were appropriate for the lodging. I highly recommend it.

Convenient location in Tumbaco if you need to stay in the area away from Quito. Near Cumbaya. Charges incurred at the restaurant can not be added to the hotel bill, therefore upon check out you pay the hotel at the front desk and you have to the restaurant to settle your charges there. The latter is odd.

Nice, clean, comfortable place.

This is a lovely, clean hotel, close to the airport. I arrived around 2:00am, the staff was kind and helpful as I am headed back to the airport in a few hours. The bed was amazingly comfortable abd the shower exquisite. I will be returning to this location.

We chose not to stay in Quito city as we needed to be back and forth to the airport. So this hotel offered a good midway point, and we were really glad we chose it. As well as a much shorter ride to and from the airport, the hotel is smart, tidy and comfortable, and has possibly some of the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. We had an issue with one flight, and they did everything they could to help, including lending us a phone for several hours while we were on hold. Martin and Michelle were particularly excellent on reception. And Mohammed in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We needed to stay an extra night at the end of our trip, and it was a very easy decision to come back here. Highly recommended.

I finally found a decent hotel that actually can be clasified as a hotel in Quito. Not only are their rates excellent but also provide a north american hotel experience with all the proper amenities that hotel should have, something that i did not find in the other hotels i stayed in Quito. The only negative I have to say about my stay was a rooster that would start roosting at 4:00 am.That rooster needs to be put out of its misery. Otherwise everything was great.

This hotel is just beautiful... new, modern and very comfortable rooms. The staff goes beyond the usual service to give impeccable service. Hotel has a restaurant and the food is outstanding. IF you are wanting to be close to downtown Quito, note that this hotel is a 45 min cab ride. If you need to be in the Tumbaco area, I cańt imagine a nicer place to stay. If you are wanting to do the touristy things in Qutio, it´s pretty far out from the city center which is truly a shame because we LOVE it.
