It was terrible. They don’t answer your messages, they never pickup the phone. Breakfast is terrible. They cannot serve you a black tea even.

Good thing they have a garage. In the rooms they need to upgrade and fix a lot of things: shower door missing, towel holders ,dry racks, clothes furniture for longer stay, etc.

Overall ok, requires improvement in services. Breakfast is repetitive, dinning facilities close to early. The wifi connection, just does not work. Probably better light at the bathrooms might help for even shaving.

Room was in disrepair. There was excessive paint fumes through out the building. Area surrounding did not seem safe. There was a dead cat in the street. Attached photo street behind hotel. Refused to stay and asked for refund

Nothing short of excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple but more than generous and included in our stay. Close to the malecon but far enough away to be quiet. Gated parking gave a tangible sense of security. I would book again with complete confidence.

This hotel is on the main Rd going into Salinas. The staff was very nice, checked us in early in the morning. There was a bit of repairs going on so some noise. The breakfast was basic scrambled eggs and a bun. The room was nice and big with mini fridge.

The hotel was very far from the beach and taxis were hard to take. Hotel staff did not help to much in taking taxis and the breakfast wasnt that good. The location was terrible for anything to do and taxis are required to travel anywhere. The price is a lot more than what was offered at the hotel.

The stay was good, was only for one night do to a wedding , the accommodations are good, the internet was awesome :) (was very surprise) recommended for business travel, has a little gym and a swimming pool - this is more like a 3 star hotel. The staff was really nice a very accommodating.

I stood here for a few nights while I visited family that live in the area. The good : location is not too far from the boardwalk , beach and restaurants. They have a parking lot to store your car at night. Free breakfast , eggs with toast , juice , teas and coffee nothing extravagant. There is a pool located in the courtyard of the hotel as well as a lounge area and a pool table. The bad : I know it's not their fault but they gave me a room next to a conference room they were doing construction in. Luckily I didn't spend too much time in the room , if not I wouldn't of been able to relax with all the banging next door. They had no choice because they didn't receive the reservation from hotels.com , they say it's very common. However they did ask if we wanted to move the second night to a diff floor. Summary : I would stay here again without a doubt, it's reasonably priced and close enough where a taxi cab fare would be no more than $1.50 to the middle of the "malecon".

This place needs to update the whole place because many of the things they have are in repair or broken. The gym had many items that were broken and the pool table near the pool is broken. I did hear that they had changed there name and there was new ownership. Many of the taxi's did not know the address because of the change so I would make sure the address in detail. The staff is nice and they want to help you and are there 24-7 for you. My problem is location and room cleanliness. I could not sleep i felt like i was being bitten all night long. Also you are a bit of a walk away from the Malecon of Salinas which I learned Malecon means the main walking area near the beach and all cities have this malecon. You could walk there during the day time, but i would not recommend it at night or when it getting dark. You are near what seems to be a developing area so you will be what its like to walk to houses and land that is empty or breaking down. You must use a taxi and it is cheap. If i was to do it again I would pick a hotel much closer to the beach.

We ended up staying 2 nights. The hotel was clean but noisy. Ask for a room off the street. The staff was nice but spoke almost no English. It is a $2 taxi to the Malecon and the beach. The breakfast was minimal...scrambled eggs , bread, juice and instant coffee. They had a small gym. Decent place for the price. They did not have our reservation when we arrived but worked with us.
