Awful hotel, bitter miserable staff, terrible location and amenities. Emailed to say would be arriving early by only 2 hours and leaving without even taking last night. No replies, and reception just laughed. I guess they wanted money for 2 lousy extra hours after a long trip. Disgusting all round.

We liked the breakfast, the hotel design and decoration and the courtesy of the receptionists.

The water in the shower changes temperatures randomly to the point where you can’t get in without getting burnt. The pillows were old and uncomfortable just like the mattress.

The Wi-Fi connection was horrible but it wasn’t a completely terrible stay

Over all the experience was great, but they didn’t fix my cable throughout my whole stay, so it was a boomer.

For the price, very good stay, staff was courteous and the breakfast was okay...my only complaint is it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room, maybe a refrigerator or a microwave, but like I said, for the price, pretty cool hotel, located near train station....Thank you

Not even a basic room A nail pounded into the bathroom wall would be an improvement at least then you could hand up a towel. Not even a cheap disposible plastic glass was available

Interesting place. The location was very convenient. Our room overlooked the river but the windows were hard to see out of as there had been a sloppy paint job in the past. The river was laden with silt so it was tan. Close to the city park and lots of good restaurants and night life. The photos show a bar and we went for a drink one evening while waiting for our friends. They don't serve alcohol. The photos looked better than the reality. For the price paid it was acceptable.

The hotel was fine my reservation was cancelled upon arrival by someone else who had access to my phones, social medias, apps and e mails who's been following me around and using my brain function and activity for there simulations and personal lives without my permission or consent abusing me the cancellation wasn't done by me and the money wasn't refunded back into my account I only stayed 1 night there upon arrival and I paid separately because of the cancellation

Great location, excellent staff and spacious room but the room itself needs some upgrading, such as towel rack, some hooks to hang clothes on or clothing rack with hangers. Other than that, we had a great time.

I would be lying if I said I found something good in the sonetto.

This hotel was advertised as luxury four stars and not sure how can that be possible. 2-3 stars and it’s generous. Their coffee was instant, and orange juice was tang. The breakfast was not optional so you have accept what they give you which for me was chicken salad sandwich!! For breakfast. The room, I meant you can see the images…
