No help with parking and beds to soft for my taste but the rest was perfect. Can i recommend this hotel and can I stay here again? Yes

Great stay. 2 adjoining rooms with kitchen facilities. Very clean and spacious. Very central location with friendly, helpful staff.

The Narcea Hotel is very cozy and clean, hospitable staff and the central location with easy access to the promenade and the beaches.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly. We will definitely be back.

Room and bathroom were large and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was great for walking to restaurants and sights. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was there is no place in front of the hotel to unload/load luggage and the underground parking was a fair distance away.

Reception staff were impeccable...room was clean and was attended by uniformed house staff....can't see any flays ...would recommend this hotel 5 star.

Staff is very friendly and highly professional! I didn't find my room very comfortable since it was close to the cleaning centre (so a bit noisy), and the safe in the room made loud noise too, the toilet button was damaged. All in all, it's a good hotel. I wish they had an option without breakfast too, since it's pretty much the same every day. Can recommend.

The staff make this a fantastic hotel. You couldn't hear anyone in the other rooms. Outside space to sit would make it 10/10

Good city centre option

The hotel was in perfect location, central to everything we wanted to see. We arrived early, which wasn't a problem for them, we were hoping we could just drop our bag's off and check on later, but everything was ready for us. Really friendly staff, one of the young girls helped us with the busses for our onward journey. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything you needed to cook a meal, we didn't as we only stayed two nights, but very impressed with what was there. The breakfast was really lovely, more than enough to choose from. When we are next in Santa Pola, we will definitely stay here again
