Hotel was lovely and staff friendly a bit slow on checking but got there. Terrible noisy with chickens throughout the morning and afternoon very annoying

This is a beautiful hotel. It was kept immaculately clean, the breakfast was great and I liked that it was served for a long period of time if you wanted to eat a little later. The rooms were great and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Loved it!

Went as a couple and check in was easy. Room was fine and clean. Small fridge in the room and a tv. Bedroom has storage and 2single beds pushed together. Bathroom was fine with a powerful shower over the bath. 24hr reception. Spar is next door.

The pool is 10/10 and the area is a great place The rooms are nice and modern and brunch is a bonus

Good rooms but basic, had jug but no cups or tea or coffee etc & some maintenance required for shower & a few fittings etc. Shower kept going from warm to real hot or cold. Breakfast wasn’t that great.

The staff was very kind.

There was barely any air conditioning and for £170 per night no pool towels was Provided My room number was 1525 and the toilet seat was cracked and caused it to pinch my skin quite hard

Can't fault this place. If you read the poor reviews they need to be ignored, because anyone looking for a relaxing or family holiday, then magaluf in general is not the place to go.

As previous reviews of the hotel were mixed, I was not sure what to expect but it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. Very easy checkin process, kind staff, spacious room, great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast is decent and available till late. There were lots of young groups so during my time sometimes early in the morning you could hear noises people moving in the corridor. The only problem I had was the communication before arriving. Couldnt reach the hotel by phone or email no matter how far I tried. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

I loved this hotel as we came on a girls party holiday so the hotel was 10 min from the strip in walking distance. The hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were abit miserable but helped a lot also. Don’t recommend using this hotel if you are coming for a quiet holiday or with kids as it’s very loud at night as everyone uses the hotel as it’s close to the strip so at night there’s a lot of noises. The only down side is no inflatables in the pool.

In a hideous are near Magaluf strip. Hotel is stylishly decorated with very spacious public areas but all that glitters is not gold. Check in not working properly and very poor welcome. No information given. Overall awful service or none at all.. most staff ignore guests. Dreadful mattresses and pillows. Kettle micro and fridge provided but no cups or anything to use the kitchen bar. Worse than not having it. Furniture uncomfortable. Poor area very nice . Hotel trying to be boutique style but looks unwelcoming and austere. Breakfast above expectations for a low cost hotel. Some good facilities like laundrette, books. Shower gel provided but nothing else. Bed frames caused injury. Would not recommend this hotel and rather pay more to get a pleasant stay. Read other people’s reviews with very similar comments and obviously no remedial action taken by management. Not really any point in reviewing. Adds insult to injury!

I booked the all open rooms and was not given that. When reported to desk there was no help. Asked for our rooms to be together and was told no, even tho the hotel was quiet and was not booked up. I put that it is my partners birthday and we were given quite possibly the worst room with the worst view of the bins outside.

There was a hair in the bathtub, and seemed unclean overrall. Beds are quite stiff and bedding is cheap. Rooms are quite small as well.

Nice hotel. Brunch was great and pool and bar and front lounge relaxing. Room was a good size for a couple. Balcony good for drying towels and clothes. Hotel has been renovated but it does need final touches however this didn’t affected the holiday. I’d say when these finishing touches are done, it goes from 3* to 4* hotel. Staff was lovely and kind. Would stay again.

Perfect location short walk to the beach , however not enough sunbeds around the pool and kept being closed every few hours

The property is a bit dated, the hotel rooms are tiny (something that seems to be a trend in Spain), and although the staff is wonderful, the breakfast area is dirty, because of all the drunk British tourists. No wonder the locals hate them.

Right in the centre of Magaluf. Room and hotel itself was immaculate. Had a great time.
