Friendly staff. Clean room (we stayed in a bedroom with private bathroom). Good internet. Parking off site. Well located. Easy walk to lake front, restaurants and street shopping. Do not quite understand a review we read from a person claiming to have travelled for 7 years and found the hostal one of the worst that she had been! We would certainly recommend this place for future travellers

Customer service is friendly and helpful, however, spent a terrible night due to the presence of bed bugs and too much noise from other guests.

La habitación huele a humedad, aún teniendo siempre abierta la ventana, no se iba el mal olor, ya que la ventana no da al exterior. A la hora de dormir si teníamos que cerrar la ventana, ya que la zona es bastante ruidosa. No hay perchas, ni para colgar las toallas, por lo que no conseguían secarse y eso hacía aumentar el olor en la habitación. Cortina de la ducha con moho.
