Had a fantastic stay, apartment exceeded our expectations.

Nice apartment, really good location for walking into York! There is a walkway right outside the window with lots of people passing so we kept the blinds shut. Overall the apartment is just what you need for a short city break, although the apartment could have done with a more thorough clean, it was a bit dusty, and there was quite a bit of mould in the shower cubicle & some short black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived

Property in location very near city centre, communication with agent excellent, property does require some minor maintenance which the agent accepted and said they would address ( cracked floor tiles kitchen area, fridge door does not close properly, some stains on carpet area). Overall a good property in a great location.

What a lovely modern apartment, we had a very comfortable stay for our mini break in York, the apartment had everything we need in it. Loved the welcome gift, such a nice touch. Great location and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Great location.

The apartment is quite small, no drawers etc, however it’s immaculate. Easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a Morrisons /Waitrose about 5 mins away for any necessities you may require and a wonderful welcome pack awaits you.

We chose this accommodation for a city break. Nice modern apartment in a quiet location by the river. Approx. 20 min walk from the station, and 10-15 min walk to the main city area. Local amenities are all in easy reach. Good facilities in the apartment which was in excellent condition and clean. Communications from the team were excellent.

No.47 was clean, modern and smart. Big enough for the two of us and just off the city centre, perfect location, walking distance to all attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The bed is a small double so not suitable for a larger couple. The only downside was the temperature of the building was quite warm with no air con and no free parking. I would definitely stay here again

What a find! Cosy, clean and comfortable. The apartment is fitted with everything needed for two people, including tea, coffee, milk and sugar and basic oil and pepper for cooking. The welcome pack is a lovely touch. The view of the canal g8ves a Venetian touch, though nets at the windows might be a good addition as there is a walkway just outside. Very conveniently located with supermarkets just 5 minutes walk away in one direction, and the town centre with the Shambles a short walk away in the other direction. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay. Apt is so close to central York. Beautifully presented. Would stay again.
