Strategic location with river and night market view. Although the market sound can be heard in the room, it feels like our uniqueness. The bathroom is a bit smelly. Even though I tried to spray and rinse with soapy water. The elevator is a bit slow and often full. You have to go up first before you can turn because every time the elevator stops it is always full. The apartment facilities are very complete. Everything is there.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in this room. It was a full-furnished studio room with a sea view. The scenery through our windows was amazingly sooo beautiful, especially when the sun went down and set. The room is equipped with an electric stove, washing machine, microwave, quite a huge refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, large lighted makeup mirror, TV with Netflix and YouTube connected, a bed sofa, etc. Too much to mention it hehe. Also, the bedroom and living room are separated by a rolling door. We surely will be back again while visiting KK! However, we were still able to spot some minus aspects. Frequently we had to wait for the lift for a long time to get in, especially at check-in time. The customer service only stands by at working hours (09.00–22.00), so it might make us a little bit worried about checking in the room if we arrive late at night.

- The room is spacious (the bedroom is different from the living room which has a sofa and also a TV and a dining table) there is a kitchen set, plates, glasses, bowls, knives, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove, a sink complete with dish soap, in the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and handwash, an ironing table, a broom and a trash can. For the comfort in the apartment room out of 100 we give a score of 99.99%. Basically, I don't regret staying 2 nights in the apartment with my wife and child

Location and room condition is very good. However, we always had to wait for quite some time to get into the lift as it was always full. Otherwise, this place is recommendable

The location is very strategic, close to the waterfront, new market and easy to find food and transportation places. The hotel is very comfortable, spacious, there is a living room, wicrowave, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, stove is also available. In accordance with the 5 star standard. Self check in is possible because check in is late at night but easy and has been given instructions. Highly recommended and happy, if you go to Kota Kinabalu, want to stay there again.
