Just an average hotel. Not very clean. Felt safer since you have to have a card to get in, use elevator. Housekeepers were friendly, the rest weren’t very friendly. Our mini fridge kept leaking. Parking was underground with a few out front. Pool was closed due to it being mid-May and outdoors. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (eggcetera) not great food or service. Would I stay here again? No.

Staff wonderful !

The gentleman at the desk who checked us in was very nice and made sure my wife got her cookie...haha. Hotel is always quite and we have never had any issues.

Dirty and pricey for the value

Food is WAY over priced! Not enough staff in the restaurant. Parking is very tight but it is underground.

Clean rooms and lobby. The bar was unimpressive (3 domestic beers on tap) but the food was decent. Hotel staff was amazing. I have a disability and they were incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful.

I don’t make the trip

At first glance, everything was fine. We needed to ask for extra towels multiple times before they brought them to us. The room was not cleaned/bed made the second day we were there. When I called the front desk to ask why, I was given a bit of attitude and told that I needed to request the room be cleaned. Never heard of this before with a Hilton. Was a bit annoyed. But asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning. by the end of the 3rd day, the room still had not been cleaned. We were offered a meager apology and told that 3000 points would be given for our inconvenience. Now it takes over 40,000 points to earn a free night stay, so this was really not sufficient. there was free coffee in the lobby, but nothing else, not even a tea option. The pool looked nice, but was was closed (not sure why) We were very disappointed at the staff and service and won't be back.

Was nice, small rooms and every worker seemed like they were angry lol but clean and did the job

Lobby is really pretty but shower only had handheld so too a lot of effort to take a shower.

Was busy road right by the hotel but tons of walkable businesses around
