Good

Just wanted someone to bring me clean towels and remove the dirty ones and empty my trash. I was there three days.

We stayed here for the night before our flight from DFW. This was not a pleasure trip. My husband’s mother was in hospice and passed the day after we arrived in Mt. Pleasant where we stayed for a week. After driving from Mt.Pleasant we were looking forward to a good night sleep. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My main complaint is that I had called the front desk the night we arrived and requested a late check out ( our flight wasn’t until 3:30 the next afternoon) I was told to check back in the morning. I called at 9:00 am this morning and requested a 12:00 check out ( check out is at 11:00am ) I was told that they have reached their limit for “Late Check Outs “ so I was told we would have to check out at 11:00. I just called the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. There are no managers on the property today as I was told by Rosa. I explained the situation and she said she could give us a late check out but it would cost an extra $25. I requested the phone number for their corporate headquarters and I will be calling there once I arrive home.

I would like to have towels everyday if needed instead every other day

It wasn’t a bad room a little outdated. Good location it by a few places. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was great. I especially loved the customer service.

Quick and convenient for business purposes. Close enough to the highway and restaurants. Clean overall.

It was cool

Most of the front ofice staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately t h e first night the tv remote did not work. They did bring another one but it did not work either. The curtains did not close or open as they were suppose to because they were off the track. The coffee pot was rusted in the water section so i did not use it. Once i discussed this with the front desk all were addressed. However, being a Hilton facility i would not expect it to be like that...

Property and room were very clean, room was a great size.

Didnt like how every part of the breakfast was a cost. Even grabbing an apple at breakfast was part of the buffet for 18 bucks.
