The room lacked amenities and was damaged in many places. They reported it and said yes, but it was not fixed.

The sales person named Cam Dan's service is so bad. I called to ask for advice but he hung up, gave me the room and was done without any responsibility. I called several times and hung up several times without bothering to solve the problem. Guests, the room card was faulty, they didn't do it again, they asked me to ask the security guard to press the elevator for me, it was very inconvenient, overall it was too bad.

Phòng sạch sẽ, mát mẻ, sảnh chờ đẹp, có chỗ đậu xe, bảo vệ và lễ tân chu đáo. Anh Vũ take care khách rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Sẽ quay lại Phú Yên và tiếp tục ờ Apec Mandala
