Good place… easy to get around… some improvement for the meal and perhaps new bed sheets and bed cover, pillow cases look a bit old… overall good place.

Comfortable place, very cold without AC, friendly hotelier, close to tourist spots

The hallways are beautiful, the rooms and restrooms are very clean, the 24-hour staff is very friendly and responsive, the parking is ample, and the window views are beautiful. Hopefully, this can be maintained so it can compete with the surrounding cabins.

The 2nd time staying here, always get good service and super friendly staff. Hopefully in the future they will be given a heater so that when the temperature is really cold the room will be warm and guests can rest well. Overall satisfying.

The building facilities are very good, cleanliness is also very good, although a bit far if looking for food around. Hot water was out but the service was quickly resolved.

Hotel staff. All are friendly, the food is delicious and you can ask for it to be delivered during the day too... The room is comfortable for 4 people, spacious, no AC but incredibly cold, I was shivering on the first day... The bathroom is also ok... The parking lot is quite spacious and safe If I go to Dieng again, I will definitely stay here again, see you later

The welcome was good, registration was good, service was good, very friendly and helpful.

It's a hotel standard and I like that, especially when you're in Dieng, where there are just villas around. The room is clean, the toilet oh my God it's clean, food was good also and yummy, try the sandwich and fried rice please. Only two things they need to fix, please hire some security to guard the hotel and the cars. Also, please front desk need to be more attentive to customer (maybe asking to help bring the suitcase next time?)

The location is not bad, the cleanliness is also not bad, the friendliness is good but the facilities are minimal. Same for breakfast, less variety.
