Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice.

2 persons staying and only 1 set of towels were available. Another set was provided, but evidently she was not too happy about bringing it when she shoved it into my chest upon the door being opened. Nothing was said.need More hooks abd shelves in bathroom. Location somewhat sketchy.

Everything is very clean and well organized

The bed was so comfy love the shower room it self was clean and comfortable. My second time staying here it was great both times!!

We had a nice and easy one night stay- the room had nice amenities and staff was very friendly. There were maybe a couple spots that could have used a better wipe down, some drips on the walls of different colors, but surfaces were all clean. Their restaurant next door was delicious too!

The entire staff were helpful and supportive, I like that.

The property was clean and convenient to food and shopping. Staff were very friendly.

My only complaint is that the room is tiny. Excellent location. Very clean. Safe, and always staff available.

Jovilee Hotel in Belize City is lovely.

Overall the hotel give me a good impression. The room is in the ground floor and is good for 2 persons. They have a table for me to work on the computer. They have refrigerator and safe deposit box. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I have no issue about the noise from other room or from the street. The Chinese restaurant next to the hotel has good taste food. The only con I have is you cannot go out at night, as advised by my local tour guide and taxi driver. This is a common issue in Belize City.

Nice hotel clean and newly renovated. Secure. Highly recommended. The surrounding area is ok but not too bad. Id definitely stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, four story hotel (with a working elevator). Extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, air conditioned and our queen sized bed very comfortable. The staff very accommodating, kind and professional. Great, secured hotel located in Belize City. Will definitely book again.

The hotel itself was great. The area was limited and dirty

Self check-in and out makes the service a little impersonal, but I get the gist behind it. The property itself is fairly new and clean. There is a need for more parking. Surrounding neighbourhood leaves a lot to be desired, but that is not the fault of the business. We did not necessarily feel unsafe and they do have 24 hour security on the premises. I would probably stay there again.

Place was very clean and quiet nicely reñovated! Staff was very friendly and helpful especially front desk. Location was very accessible, close to taxi stands and 5 mins away from water taxi, that can take you to other islands including the beach. As a solo traveller i felt safe anc at home/welcomed.

The staff are great and pleasant, non-intrusive, and accommodating. There is 24 hour security with keyless entry into both the property and the rooms. It is within walking distance to the city and Tourism Village, ferries etc. If you are looking for a resort style hotel, this is not the place. The amenities are basic but exactly what a traveller on a budget needs. There are restaurants all over the place so food is never an issue. The room comes with a full sized coffee maker, microwave, bar fridge and ample dresser space/closet space.

Arrived at 2:30. Clerk would not even process my check-in until 3:00.

It was very clean, but the area around the property was a bit sketchy

The location is in a very unsafe appearing neighbourhood. Was approached outside by a disturbed man who seems to deal with some sort of substance. Not recommended neighbourhood.
