Good but …..not 4*

This place is so beautiful!! Very clean and just perfect!

Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option).

Service at the restaurant during dinner is far to slow and disordered.

I am a regular guest of this hotel since 2013 and I unfortunately always encountered problems with my bookings when I booked this Hotel through Hotels.com. During my last visit I had chosen dog friendly but the Hotel was not informed about it, so we had to accept a more expensive room with a huge cleaning fee in order to have a room at last while waiting at the reception for more almost one hours until matters were solved. The restaurant and breakfast quality and services are unchanged, great ! The location is great and tranquil while just a few kilometers from the free way exit in a very small village. Facilities as pool and sauna are top and 4 Plus level. The only permanent service deficiency lies with the reception and their staff. For the last 3 visits I am sorry to write this here but they lack the right courtesy on phone and in person and they lack flexibility in all aspects of replanning or scheduling. I was told to book with them directly instead of going through any platform to avoid future problems which I will do to find out if it works smoother next time.

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and it is very helpful that most speak English. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in the area and I always check if they have available rooms before anyone else.

Beautiful hotel with an Amazing Spa. 100% Child Friendly. Breakfast Absolutely Delicious. Room 417. The Mattress is burst through. I slept all night long in a hole. No privacy in the shower. Other people can easily see you from the bedroom.

Superb hotel. Rooms are spacious, very modern and clean. Restaurant was superb for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff.

If you need a place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet in the country, this hotel is for you. The service was outstanding and the breakfast scrumptious. The hotel's restaurant is lovely for dinner and has a wonderful range of options. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Hotel is beautifully appointed, the rooms are huge, lots of space and nicely decorated. Everything is spotless. The lobby is huge, with lots of different seating areas, and the food is excellent. Beds are super comfortable, staff is very friendly and professional.

We stayed one night while on a car trip with a two year old. The hotel's pool and spa were ideal to unwind after arriving and to get the little one tired for sleeping at night and before leaving again in the car. One parent tried out the sauna - everything was clean and well kept. The hotel offered complementary hot and cold drinks in the spa area. We had a free night to spend, so we booked the junior suit. The room was spacious, very clean and furnished with high quality massive wood furniture. The bathroom was also clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and big enough to share with a young child. The food and service at the restaurant were very good. The pricing was fair, considering the quality of the food and that meals also included a serving from the salad buffet. Our child even received a small toy as a present from the restaurant - which was very much appreciated. Overall we felt very much welcome by the restaurant's staff. The breakfast buffet was included in our booking and it was also very good. As we checked in with a two year old, it would have been nice if the staff had offered us a small child bed - as staff in other hotel often do. However, I am sure we would have received a child bed if we had asked for one. Overall we really enjoyed our one night stay. We would definitely come back for a longer stay to relay at the hotel and explore the surroundings.

WiFi not working. Very slow & intermittent connection

This is a nice hotel but it is also considered a romantic get away for a couple and they charge you an extra $20.00 when there are 2 of you in the room. Didn't make any sense to me. Watch your final price.

The pool was really nice. You could rent a bike from the hotel and ride to nearby towns and explore. Breakfast was good. The town is really small and quiet.

I didn't like that there was no air conditioning, flies on the food, and the elevator was out of order a few times during our stay.

Nice place with excellent service. The breakfast was good. No complaints about the facilities or staff. We were not expecting to pay so much in tax, but perhaps it was spelled out somewhere and we just missed it?
