Pěkný hotel v centru Dortmundu, 5 minut chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží. Čisto, ochotný personál, vše fungovalo. Dobrá snídaně.

Since 2018 I've been staying in the Grey Hotel for over 50 nights in total but I don't find any reason to switch to another hotel. Located inside Wallring, 2 minute walk from Dortmund Hbf and staff is helpful. I'll keep using it when I have a business trip to Dortmund.

Convenient for Dortmund HBF and central Dortmund. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and spacious.

We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast was nice. However, we were there on a very hot day until the lack of air conditioning was difficult for us to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately, we are used to air conditioning so this was difficult. The Dyson fans they provided Were helpful, however .

The good points about this hotel, proximity to the train station and being central. Wide selection of food for breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff helpful. Wi-Fi good. Not so good, musty smell in the room. I’d paid extra for economy double, courtyard view is looking at car park rather than street. Was disappointed with the hotel after reading positive reviews was not what I had hoped / expected. Was only there one night.

Close to Dortmund Hbf, located inside walking and friendly staff. Also, if you pay €3, you can use gym Fit/One, 5-min. walk from the hotel. I stayed here for the first time since 2018 but there has been no change and excellent just like before.

Hotel is clean and lovely

The location was wonderful, located in a large pedestrian area. Close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Also the bed was very comfortable, with a nice cozy duvet!

If you really have to visit Dortmund this is an okay option, parking outside the hotel. Breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly

Everything was excellent except for the fact that the room was uncomfortably warm, and we visited in August.

ok, close to hbf and city center

Excellent location close to train station. Breakfast buffet is good, scrambled eggs a little runny. Elevator very slow. King size bed is comfortable, washroom was a good size. New TVs were installed but the reception was choppy. Parking lot is tight with about a dozen spots.

Great location. Downtown and really easy to get to the Central station.
