I like how the hotel lounge looked, and the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly (I felt my partner and I were treated like VIPs). The hotel room and the bathroom looked new and clean. There are also free tea, coffee, and juices offered 24/7. The only downsides are the old looking elevator and the neighborhood it's situated in. The hotel is on the 11th floor of an old-fashioned mall. Downstairs there is a tiny temple, and at times comes with very strong incense smell. The streets nearby are filled with small business vendors and restaurants which I believe many tourists will find unattractive. I even saw flies swarming around on the ready-to-serve food left outside. However, there will be better options when you take a longer walk around for food and daily supplies.

Hotel was generally good, located within the shopping mall. However, the basin was clogged and there were weird noises coming out of the room sound system and you can hear noises occasionally from downstairs n upstairs.

Property is location inside Asean square among KTVs Bars and love hotels. Whilst it is near to the train station, the neighborhood is pretty shady and not safe for solo travellers or family. This hotel essentially another love motel. Anyone can take the Lift that goes to the hotell and access room area without any restriction. Don't expect too much from this motel. I had a bad experience with one of the staff. Expedia was not very helpful as well. Sad to say this shall be the last time I am using Expedia platform.

The area is not safe and we felt hotel was unsecured because it is on the 11th flr as there are 2 elevators open to the public which goes to all of the floors on the building. Anyone might easily walk into the hallways without being noticed, only 2 staff present on the front desk. However, the cleanliness and comfort of the room is great. The downside is extra pillows are charged and the breakfast is really bad.

Located on the 11th Floor of an old Mall (Asean Square). Room was compact but clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrible, but there were cafes nearby.

The hotel is new and thus in good condition. Decor of room is nice. Bed is comfortable. The shower cubicle is spacious with rain shower. Very good. Location is good with many eateries and shops around it, although surrounding is a little rough. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast is good and the dishes provided varies from day to day so it isn't so boring. There is laundry facilities onsite so that's a big plus point. The only minus is the lack of cupboard or drawers to hang clothes or store personal items. There is also no safe in the room.

ホテルに到着して、エレベーターに乗りながら「この感じ、どこかで見たな…」と考えていたら、思い出しました。昔宿泊した香港のチョンキンマンションにビルの雰囲気が似ているのです。大きいビルに数軒のホテル、飲食店、カラオケ、輸入食品店などがはいっています。でもチョンキンと違い、ホテルの内は新しくキレイで快適です。立地も台中駅や宮原眼科に近いので大変便利です。

房間大又近公車站，很寧靜又整潔。忘記帶轉換插頭，酒店員工借了適用轉換插頭給我，真是很貼心服務。還有他們送了一個太陽餅給入住客人享用。

房間大，清潔舒適 酒店有專屬電梯抵達樓層，感覺良好 位置方便，附近有公車站可以去各著名景點， 鄰近台中車站

整體而言還不錯，早餐OK，裝潢也OK，服務也不錯，CP值算不錯。 但是附近感覺比較複雜，然後剛進門時有股不太好聞的悶悶味道。

隔音不太好 一直到凌晨三點多，仍有吵雜的音樂會影響睡眠 床會讓身體癢癢的 以這樣的價格，比對品質，個人覺得c/p值不高

飯店品質不錯，但周邊有點亂

房間跟服務人員都非場好，唯有要進飯店的一樓是外籍勞工聚集處，白天還可以，如太晚回去請注意安全並結伴同行

服務人員態度不好。早餐整個零分。難吃又沒選擇。隔音很差。底下都是國際移工。強烈建議台中還有很多選擇 價格也沒有比較優惠 整體住宿感覺很差

隔音還OK！滿安靜的！早餐普通，房間乾淨，如果桌子那多個化妝鏡會比較方便！停車場就在地下室電梯可以直達很方便！住宿停車不用錢！

靠近台中火車站，交通方便，適合無交通工具移動的人

部屋は、清潔、静かで快適です。宿泊したへやには大型のテレビがついているなど、新しい設備でした。

樓下是繼光商圈，外籍勞工很多在一樓聚集，其他樓層有KTV, 樓板隔音不夠，還是會聽到些微震動聲音，對聲音很比較敏感的不適合住，房間裡面有異味，雖然是全禁煙，但是未訂出罰則，導致有住客抽煙無法阻止，造成後來入住裡面煙味無法完全驅散，停車場只能出入一次不大方便，而且停車場是算小時，太貴。

A new trendy Hotel. We stayed one night so lack of window was not a problem. The staff does not speak English. They should learn as the communication was very poor, although they tried to help as us as they could.
