The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and mildew in the tub. The hot tub is turned on with an additional fee and the guest in the next room was complaining about it never warming up in their allocated time and still being charged for it. The WiFi in our room wasn’t working even though we were next to the reception. There are no curtains over the door and light and headlights filtered through the glass the whole night.

I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The girl at check in was all attitude, we waited a few minutes after she finished with the folks before us and never got a "welcome" we had to beg to have the hot tub warm finally after a day she turned it on and then she tried to scam us for $41 telling us we damaged the sheets and they couldn't clean them. They had not tried cleaning them when this conversation happened (10 minutes after we checked out). I have since discovered she has gotten my CC from Expedia and charged me $68. The bathroom had only cold water at the sink and the fixtures look like they came out of a gas station bathroom. The tile work needs to be re-done or at least cleaned. there was good water pressure and hot water at shower. While we were there you could not sit by the pool because of the grinding on metal and welding being done to the railing, besides the neighborhood children that took over the pool. BFast was fair but not till 7 am which is problem if you have an early boat trip. San Cristobal is a nice town, stay somewhere better.

Staff at s unfriendly. Zero accommodation for breakfast which is pre determined. They ask you to check out at 9:30. Room is nice. Property is nice too

Nice hotel muy amables todo el personal pero por el precio deben mejorar ese pobre desayuno, estuve en otro hotel casi del mismo valor la misma semana en galápagos las instalaciones muy parecidas pero el desayuno ni punto de comparación !!

Good and clean. The hot water took a while to warm up but after that it was really hot for a long long time -so nice! No complaints except he bathroom door handle was a bit broken so sometimes you got a little stuck.

Mi estadía estuvo bien. Mi habitación era la más cara y tenía mucho espacio. La gente en recepción se portó amable lo cual fue agradable pero el personal de la cocina no lo fue tanto. La comida del desayuno es por ración y cuando pedí algo extra para mi hijo de 10 años, me lo negaron. No proporcionan toalla para llevar a la playa y cuesta $3 dólares alquilar una por día. El hotel tiene un buen potencial pero mientras no cambien sus políticas para hacer sentir a sus huéspedes que el cliente tiene que ser tratado con excelencia en todo momento.. no atraerá la cantidad de turistas que podría conseguir.

Didn’t care for breakfast, Not made to order, they bring you a cooked egg and a piece of bacon or a pancake. Small bowl of chopped fruit. Marginal coffee. Usually 4 to 6 people over the course of an hour so not sure what the three woman were there for

Great hotel for relaxing and comfortable vocation. Cleaning people were doing good job! Breakfast was ok. Fast and easy check in. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids.

The Good - clean, centrally located, large room/bathroom, ok bed, breakfast included, quite nice pool. The Bad - no fridge, staff not available to help lug suitcase up and down 2 flights of stairs, breakfast very basic, slippery tiled floors, towels for rent at $US5 day not communicated, a bit challenging if you don’t speak Spanish.

I was worried when I was reading other reviews but it was last minute trip and there weren't many choices, we stayed in 3 different hotels in Gallapagos and this was the best one. There is still some construction going on but it didn't bother us, breakfasts was sufficient, no issues with hot water. Only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars was that toilet wasn't flushed when we checked in which made me question cleaning procedures.

Island lost power while we were there so we had no air conditioning and windows didn’t open. Otherwise it was great.

This property is centrally located and well maintained. The main complaint is that there was raely anyone at the reception when assistancecwas needed..

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Some comments below were talking about construction and lack of hot water. We did not face these issues. We were a family of 4 and stayed in their 1 bedroom apartment. I did not notice any construction taking place, maybe its all done. And their was no shortage of hot water for a family of 4. The location was great too, its a 5 min walk to the pier.
