Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and simple. The decor and accommodations strike the perfect balance of sparse yet elegant— and cozy to boot. The location is great— walkable to so many restaurants and things to do.

This property was unique but lovely! Loved the design of the space, room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Great location, close to the water, pike place, space needle and lots of restaurants!

Intimate small hotel. Convenient, 3 blocks from our cruise ship port. Loads of dining options nearby, but we opted to sit on the patio of the funky Cyclops bar, directly below the hotel. Surprisingly exceptional eats!

It is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly. I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics. Defiantly recommend this place!

Loved the room and view

It is about a 15-20 walk from the Westlake light rail station. Beware, the exit from the station goes to the corner of Pine & 3rd which literally is drug addict central. Seriously, people were shooting up and smoking meth right on the sidewalk. We walked away really fast. The location is great and close to everything, but it is downtown and as in most downtowns around the country there are a number of homeless people walking around (but NOT as bad at Pine & 3rd). Just be prepared to be vigilant and don’t walk around at night unless with a group.

Staff was so nice and welcoming! The place is perfect for our needs and clean. Walking distance to Pile palace Market and Space Needle.

Really wonderful service

We enjoyed our stay there very much. We upgraded our room to one with a private bathroom when we got to the property and the room was very clean and nice. The only problem was that the shower was behind the bed and the room got very humid after a shower. There was no window we could open in our room and no vent near the shower, so we had to either turn on the AC or open the door to a small deck which had a loud vent from ground floor restaurants. Nevertheless, we found the property to be comfortable and attractive and felt it was good value for Seattle at this location.

Stayed for 3 nights to enjoy Seattle before a cruise. Friendly staff and great location.

Great location. Douglas was extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations and with our luggage. Eco friendly. We had our own bath in our room. This hotel also has rooms with shared baths.

Had a great stay! Walkable to Pike’s Market and the waterfront. Lovely bakery across the street. Friendly staff. Calm and quiet property. Would come back!

Accommodated our late arrival!

The whole set up of this place is quite unique. An old building turned into a small hotel. Old brick walls, high ceilings and modern looking room. Location is also very central. Lots of restaurants and bars near by.

Amazing place and amazing people running this hotel. Very friendly. Top to bottom 10 out of 10. They make you feel like you’re a friend, part of the family not just another hotel guest. Very nice rooms, very unique setup. My second stay here in two weeks. This is my favourite hotel in Seattle

The folks at the Ace have been super awesome and kind during our stay, best spot in town to crash after a crazy concert!
