Great location. The smell of the hallways in the common area of the Meeting House made me nauseous.

The location for Union Bluff makes it a great place to stay. I have been coming to this hotel since I was a child and I am now nearly 40. We always stay in the annex, which is very family friendly. Close to everything to walk or just hang out in your room.

The AC was way too cold. Shower and toilet space way too small. Elevator needs updating.

We just finished up another stay at Union Bluff. I lost count of how many times we have been there, as a couple or as a family, and our experience is always great. Staff at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. The hotel’s proximity to Short Sands is unbeatable. To be able to walk out of your hotel, cross a quiet one way road and be on the sand is wonderful. The hotel also has chairs set up along the shore to sit and enjoy a beverage of choice, time with loved ones or a good book, and of course, the view! We ate at the pub twice for lunch and the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our only “con” to this trip was short staffing didn’t allow for daily housekeeping, which was disappointing, but clearly communicated when we arrived in the room. However, the hotel did take advantage of technology and text me throughout our stay, making it easy to communicate any needs we had, and housekeeping was available on request. We love the Union Bluff and will definitely be back!

Great view of the Ocean and the stay was great!

Great property but a tad understaffed and the main building needs some renovations. Our room and view was incredible and great location right on the beach. Next door you have a lot of dining and shopping options. Summer months are crowded but the beach area is a lot of fun!

Hotel is at a perfect beachfront location. Staff is accommodating. Food choices throughout area is good. King Room at Meeting House was great.

This was our second stay at Union Bluff. Great staff, rooms in the main hotel are updated and clean. The location is excellent, right near short sands, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place

There was a mix up with servicing the room but the hotel acknowledged their mistake and serviced the room after normal hours to make it right.

Beautiful location, right on the beach!! Parking easy and very close!! Clean rooms, clean grounds. Small rooms, small bathroom. Although room is outdated (as most beach hotels are), the A/C kept the room cool on a 97! Degree day with 100%humidity! The beds were comfy enough. Hotel was understaffed and you had to request room cleaning/and fresh towels.. not good. The staff were wonderful and quick, but it was obvious they were overworked and understaffed. Hotel management needs to take some of that $ expensive room stay cost and hire more help. Stairs are tough on hot days, but the view from the top is superb! Noisy in the morning with the street sweepers and beach cleaning but they do a beautiful job! Nice clean paths and sidewalks, nice clean beach and beach sand!!

Location amazing! Would stay again. Very convenient. Some things a little dated but a nice beach town hotel.

Photos were not even close to what the property looked like. Very outdated

Weather was hot but the beach was right there. Ate breakfast and lunch in the pub and was excellent!!!!!!!!!
