I've stayed here several times, always with a special request (carpeted floors) to be noticed. At the front desk, I was reassured that I'd get a room with carpeted floors, but when the room didn't have carpet, I went back down to the front desk to request a room change. In my experience at this hotel, rooms without carpet are noisy when walked on.

A 5-day staycation at Five Premiere Hotel to celebrate my 3rd anniversary was the perfect choice, it didn't disappoint at all. The staff is super duper friendly, 10,000 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. At first I was hesitant because of the many complaints on Gmaps, but after experiencing the service myself, Five Premiere is really TOP. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where the staff is this friendly and likes children hehe because I brought my little ones🥹🤍. Thank you so much🥰

Favorite hotel if staying in Samarinda

The room, especially the bathroom, was lacking in cleanliness. There was a lot of yellow scale between the toilet and shower, giving it an unhygienic feel.

The hotel's price is the best value for money. The breakfast is also delicious. Everything was satisfying.

The bedroom and bathroom were very unclean. There was hair on the floor and on the bed, too. The sheets were stained. Cleaning needs more attention.

It's quite good, strategically located next to a mall with a CGV cinema. It's close to a gym for morning runs.

Fast check-in and check-out times, smooth Wi-Fi, and great, very cold AC. We like it. I recommend it. A few suggestions: please improve the bathtub and toilet so they're cleaner. Thank you.
