I would like to share my personal experience at this hotel.
First, regarding the location, it’s near Nana Station, which is a very crowded and noisy area. I didn’t know that before booking; I chose the hotel mainly because it was close to the hospital.
The hotel itself is clean and well-organized, and the reception staff were helpful. My room was clean and the service was very good. However, I had an issue with my first room being located right in front of the elevator, which was very disturbing because I could hear guests coming in and out late at night and early in the morning. I asked to change rooms.
After changing rooms, I faced another problem, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and the air was hot. I reported it, and they sent an engineer to fix it. I thought the issue was solved, but the next night, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner stopped working again and was blowing hot air. I had to call them again while I was asleep, which was very frustrating. They offered to move me to another room, but I refused because I had too many belongings to pack and move each time. The engineer came again and made a temporary fix, but the same issue happened the following night, again in the middle of the night, which made me very upset.
I also noticed a food smell coming from the bathroom at certain times of the day, and it happened in both rooms I stayed in. I believe it’s because the bathrooms are connected to the same ventilation system.
The hotel has only seven floors, so I could easily hear street noise, especially the sound of tuk-tuks throughout the night. As I mentioned, the area is very lively with many bars and restaurants nearby.
Overall, this was my personal experience. I think this will be my first and last stay at this hotel since there are other hotels with the same price range but much better quality.
