Very disappointing, expensive up to RM341 per night but the room is like only RM60...

Pro: room and toilet was clean and tidy. Cons : -slow service during check in.only one staff available at the counter. -After check in have to wait almost one hour for the cleaning staff to finish cleaning the room. -Upon check in we noticed towels were not provided and asked the cleaning staff to deliver the towels but only received it after dinner around 9pm with the excuse that they just finished drying the towels. -no phone in the room so it is difficult to communicate with the recep if you have any problem with your room. - for dinner have to order from the menu provided by the facility but not much options and the taste just okay for us. -also the same issue with breakfast. Not much options.
