The rooms are not clean, the pool is not maintained, the staff is not trained.

everything was ok only the rooms has no window

Pissed off when checked in only one room available instead of two which got to cramped in family members into one room. Hassle of calling traveloka customer service to do refund of non available room. Got TV but cannot use, electric kettle got to replace three times due to faulty, air conditioner 1 hp took long time to get cold, restaurant only served arabic/pakistani cuisine

The room looks like it has not been entered for a long time. Found 2 cockroaches in the toilet. It is expected that there will be periodic cleaning
